Charged $280 for a part that you can get from OEM for $90. Charged $200 to install it when even my daughter who has never turned a wrench in her life could do it in 5 minutes. Only went because my health doesn't allow me to do much anymore. Almost $700, including diagnosis & didn't fix the issue. Check engine light & same code came back very same day. I called Pete - the manager from the road as my tire light was on and I had a long ride ahead. His store was the third area store I called and unlike the others, he agreed to squeeze me into a VERY busy Saturday afternoon schedule. My son and I were welcomed, my lack of car knowledge was not exploited and we sat comfortably while within an hour they looked at my car and found nothing wrong! He didn't charge for the time spent on my vehicle. Pete was smiling and polite the whole time. While waiting I also saw how respectfully he treated all the visiting customers. Joe and his outstanding crew comprehensively explained and did a highest quality repair but then one of the new parts they used shortly became faulty (no fault of theirs). Won't perform unnecessary work. Work done well. Written estimates are explained with no pressure to perform the work on the car. Location's clean. People that work the front desk are extremely friendly. You will never see a mechanic hanging around not doing anything when there are cars to be worked on. You can watch work performed through the waiting room windows. It's extremely comfortable to ask questions & they tell it like it is. They will show you your parts/explain how they should work/look before or after the job. TV, donuts, hot chocolate or coffee with the fixin's, children's game & chairs, comfy leather couches and rolling chairs & rest room. I've had them perform work on my car in the five years I lived in Ewing. I am a 45 year old female who recently moved to North Jersey. I had gone to a local reputable garage where I live who told me it cost more to grind out grooves in the rotors than to just replace the rotors at $25 each. They didn't bother to mention the labor charges. Brian had given me an estimate this summer and explained I could save $200 by doing the grinding rather than the replacing. This past Monday, I made the 90 minute drive back to central Jersey to have them do the work I wanted done on my brakes.
