This trip, I was hoping to overlook this error and give them a second chance. When I asked for four new tires and alignment, and that I needed it the same day, they called me when they were ready. I had new steer tires put on my semi truck and I had a shake at the wheel at around 70 mph. They had me bring it back in to tackle the problem and come to find out. It was a tire that I had purchased separately and had them mount and balance. Even though it wasn't their fault at all, they followed up with me day after day to find out how it was driving and wouldn't accept the shake and had me bring it back in. Finally, I was able to send that tire back and get everything corrected and they wouldn't even accept any more money from me. all they were concerned about was making sure that me, the customer was happy.
