I was waiting in the lobby, the girl came out and showed it to me on the stick, if the oil was good, it looked good. But when I came home and checked myself there was hardly any oil on the stick. My last…read moreexperience with Best one Tire all the way from management of Kevin in the office to Jerry and his guys in the fleet Tire service department was excellent to say the least. I had new steer tires put on my semi truck and I had a shake at the wheel at around 70 mph. They had me bring it back in to tackle the problem and come to find out. It was a tire that I had purchased separately and had them mount and balance. Even though it wasn't their fault at all, they followed up with me day after day to find out how it was driving and wouldn't accept the shake and had me bring it back in. Finally, I was able to send that tire back and get everything corrected and they wouldn't even accept any more money from me. all they were concerned about was making sure that me, the customer was happy. When said I didn't have that I was told I could take out a credit card. Car does not shake or make sounds when stopping. Stated rotors were thin. Yet mechanic said he could clean them up and front man said we don't do that. When asked to take a picture to show someone they insisted on doing their own picture and refused to let me do it and threw my tires right back on. Not sure the tires were rotated either. Didn't fill the brake fluid up either after I request to call someone before I could spend over a 1,000.00 for this and an oil change and filter replacement. I went to another car shop and they are replacing pads and turning rotors for less than 500.00 taxes and all. Said I could do one axle at a time if I needed to. Really? This is an option? Half the price and was nice about it. Midas was not a fan of me calling a family member to ask for information and sure not a fan to do anything but sell for profits. Poor customer service Midas. Humm is this cause I was a female?? Never again will they touch my car. I know when I found a rip off. Previous owners were awesome and why I was going there but new owners are not like the old ones. They told me I wouldn't lose my place appointment time or place in line (I had the first appointment for the day). I returned 10 minutes later. They had taken in four customers in that time. I asked if I had to Waite on them and was informed NO, I WOULD BE MOVED TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE. THEY LIED! They did every car in order making me wait 2 hours for an oil change. When I brought this to their attention, they just told me it's almost done. No apologies no offer of a customer satisfaction discount, nothing just full charge. Why bother to even make an appointment!? Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
