They had the car on a Friday, I dropped it off on Thursday evening. They never contacted me that it was complete so since they close at 4pm on Friday I showed up. The car was not finished, but they did not ask to keep it an additional day. They just set it outside, took the money and considered their work done. Upon closer inspection between the seats and console it had not even been vacuumed. That's distressing since the carpet was "shampooed"...so now we shampoo over debris and dirt? The interior surfaces were no more than wiped with something like an Armor-All product. The wax job, a week later doesn't even bead up water. I wouldn't have written a review, I would just never go back but yesterday I was packing for a trip and looked under the back seat and found debris, hair, and dog biscuits. Full disclosure, I bought the car used and have not had a dog in this car. This is a lesson learned, never again. They had offered me a 10% discount to do my second car...uh, no thanks. Another $200 for a job that I can complete at a self serve carwash. I'm good. I advise you, check everything, I did not. I trusted them to be honest, respectable and professional after reading reviews. They were none of this. I hesitate to post this review as I don't want to hear from them and I simply don't trust them to do it any better if they offered. Buyer beware.
