I highly recommend this market for finding the unique, the premium, or for your everyday groceries. The model is simple: flash frozen, freshly sealed, and shipped or in this case, delivered to your local store. The marbling was just perfect and the fat caps, while large enough to help aid with flavor, were small enough that trimming wasn't necessary. While it was my first time here, it certainly won't be my last!

this place used to be it as a student, line was out the door for kids coming to order the poppers and sandwiches. today, during the school lunchtime the store is empty and for a reason. I will say that the quality of food is good and has not changed but unfortunately, the price has, and that's the biggest downfall. I loved going there for lunch, but when the prices changed and the owner was pushier I didn't enjoy going there anymore. honestly ever since they changed the price of the poppers I haven't gone back to get them and I probably won't. it went from the hottest lunch spot to the quietest and I think that speaks volumes. might not be expensive for an adult, but as a kid the price they set on a small container or the half sandwich they offer was insane. I never understood why they upped the price since so many kids were coming in. shame. read more

Everytime I come to New York, I make sure to stop by and get some of their prepared food. The last 2 times I have been cheated by the owner, who is a Persian Lady, would ring me up. I noticed the label would read "Chicken Tenders", when in fact what was inside was "Green Beans". Since "Chicken Tenders" cost more per pound, she thought I wouldn't notice. For a Jew to cheat and lie to another Jew, is the last straw. Beware when checking out because she did this to me yesterday and I will not be going back. Such a shame to lose a loyal customer because of greed $$$$. read more
