We had hoped from what she advertised she and her team would be able to help us move. It was a…read morehorrible experience. The estimate she provided was no where near what she charged. Yes it is an estimate but you would think that would be at least with in 500.00. The estimate was provided without looking at the whole house. We told her there was more but she declined to look. Her team was great but they can only do what they are allowed. Midway through they informed us what the cost was. When we questioned her on this compared to the estimate this is when she became passive aggressive and would really only speak with us through her staff. She was unorganized,didn't do all that she said she would and was just awful to work with. Her claim of working patiently and kindly with the elderly is not true in our encounter with her. Stay far away from her!

Three young men showed up and hauled everything out with no problems, smiles on their faces, polite, and professional. I was scheduled to move on October 29 and the movers texted me and told me that they could not move…read moreme until October 30. This was not good news, but I tried to deal with it. At 4:00 PM, I realized I was dealing with scammers. I called Quick Move at around 4:30 PM and explained my situation. Eli asked me when I would like to move. I told him as soon as possible and he said do you want us to come over tonight? I told him tomorrow morning would be fine. Quick move showed up at my house at 9 AM with three trucks and four guys to load my stuff up. They had everything out of my house and back in my new house within six hours. I would highly recommend these guys. They were very neat, polite, and did an excellent job. They got me out of a bad situation.
