After he looked at what i had to move he gave me a rough estimate. He then told me they charge $100.00 to book the time & day to start the moving process. I then gave the $100.00 deposit in cash. I then asked him for a receipt & he said it would be on the invoice he will send me by email. I said ok & left it at that. He sent me a invoice for the amount that was discussed but there was no information at all showing the $100.00 deposit anywhere on the invoice. I never hear back by him or anyone from Done Right movers. Ive tried calling numerous times & no call back. Tried to text him & no call back. I also emailed a message nothing. At this point i feel by the looks of this that he stole a $100.00 cash i gave to him. As of this day ive received nothing back from him regarding the $100.00 Hes been deceitful & has not even tried to return my deposit or any call back whatsoever & feel that i was talking to a fraud. Two days before they sent a text message they wouldn't be able to come at the scheduled time but would be 2 hours later. That was fine and he asked for $150 deposit by Vemos or Paypal. We do not use those forms of payment but we were glad to pay online or pay in cash that day. Monty confirmed in txt that cash that day would be fine. The day of the move we rented a big truck and were ready to move. One hour before they were suppose to be there we got a txt they had us scheduled for the next day and wouldn't be coming. My husband copied his confirmation txt and sent it to him but we never heard back. This was so hard on us we are in our 70's. Our house was all packed the bed broken down and no one to help. I would like to warn others to not use this company.

I needed 2 movers to assist me in unloading a 20-foot trailer into an apartment. Joe was very easy to deal with, his quote was very reasonable, and he completed the reservation quickly. I kept in contact with Joe during the next week with updates and he was very easy to reach and made sure to reconfirm everything. On move day he was early. Joe and his helper, Clint, were very professional, worked hard, and got everything up 2 flights of stairs in about 90 minutes with no issues. They honored my requests and made sure everything was done before they left. Nothing was damaged. And Joe charged the exact amount that he had quoted. Couldn't ask for better. It is stainless steel so just imagine. It has been a couple of months unpacking and I have found multiple issues of broken things and a big dent in my dryer. Note in their contract they have a little clause saying any damage is paid at .60 cents per pound which means I have a destroyed smart refrigerator that wasn't 3 weeks old and a whole 200$. Seriously?! This move was horrible!!!! I would NOT recommend them.
