I'd say all three stars are for Dr. Niedermeier, because he's amazing. I even moved 3 hours away…read moreand continued to use him as my primary care provider because of how awesome he is. But my problems have been on the administrative side, unfortunately. On my last in-person visit, I was told that they were going to drop me as a patient because I missed 4 appointments, and when I started telling them that this was physically impossible because I have an Adderall prescription and I wouldn't have been able to have that refilled without attending an appointment, I was cut off and told "sir, I don't just make this stuff up" Well, obviously the system says that, perhaps things got messed up because I do all of my appointments via FaceTime (the whole being 3 hours away) but the front desk person wouldn't hear it and kept being blatantly rude. but once in my appt I told the nurse and she said she'd fix it for me, and gave it the benefit of the doubt in case it was a bad day, while still being pretty upset by the encounter. Cool, great, no worries at all. Fast forward to today, I was trying to adjust my medication. It wasn't wild, I was prescribed 10mg capsules at a 15 mg dosage to split and use at alternating times, but I had asked to switch the prescription to 15mg capsules because my pharmacy is back ordered on 10mg capsules. They said they sent a message to one of the doctors' teams and they'd get back to me within 24-48hrs, but as I began asking about something else I was hung up on mid sentence. Honestly, it was just no longer worth the hassle anymore of trying to keep Niedermeier as a doctor. There's been other minor grievances on the admin side that wasn't large enough to dissuade me, but today I cancelled my appt in the portal and finally switched to a provider in my area. Most likely a wonderful place to stay at if you're in person, exclusively, but it has had too many headaches and callousness for myself.

I never have seen a doctor here, but only nurse practitioner, Tara Taylor. She is so insensitive and only available about half days a week in the office. I have seen her on two occasions and both completely unsatisfactory, not getting answers for the concerns and questions I had. The most recent visit, she prescribed the incorrect amount of my antidepressant which I have been taking for 10+ years. She has also messed up my prescriptions before, telling me I didn't need my thyroid medicine, then prescribing it, then not allowing it again. I honestly don't think she knows what she is doing. My husband has seen her as well and agrees she is not professional at all. On top of all this, The billing system of this office is ridiculously unorganized, as my invoice was not sent through insurance and I had to contact Anne, the billing lady many many times, to not be called back. She told me I had to call by a certain date, which I did, only to not hear back. I finally just paid the dang bill through the office line and got it out of the way before they sent me to collections. SAVE YOUR STRESS AND DON'T GO HERE

I've been a patient of Dr. Jendry for over three years, and the very first time I met with him, he…read moresat down and gave me thirty minutes of frank, honest, one-on-one conversation. I came in with a litany of concerns and, one by one, he knocked them down with his practical experience and his insights. This man is a calming presence, a sharp intellect, and a marvelous bedside manner. Whereas my previous PCP had referred to me as "intense" and always kept a mobile, stainless-steel tray between his body and mine, hiding from my onslaught of questions and concerns, Dr. Jendry is absolutely the opposite. Warm, kind, and empathetic, he radiates comfort and support, relying on his decades of experience and education. Without hesitation, I can honestly state that Dr. Jendry is the best PCP I've ever had, and I walked out of his office feeling the weight of uncertainty and concern having completely evaporated. I'm in a good mood, with a bright future, because he took the time to LISTEN to me and make solid, medical suggestions. Thank you, Dr. Jendry.

Bronchitis, sinus infections, flus, requests for bloodwork or MRIS, kidney stones, and maintenance medications. Dr. jendry I find to be the compassionate and willing to do the most digging when it comes to complex medical problems. I have complex needs and he has been nothing short of providing me a quality of life again. Jenny, well she has zero bed side manner. This past week I went in with a severe cough that kept me up, and she sent me in my way saying it's really nothing and to ride it out. I ended up the in ER because I was wheezing, coughing up blood, and couldn't catch my breath. Acute bronchitis. Also, because I was self pay I had only asked since jendry wasn't in if they were okay writing a controlled script to save me another 90 dollar visit, and she insinuated I had 400 of this substance when I did not. I would avoid her appointments if possible. Eileen's husband is the best MA ever. Euler and all the front desk is amazing. I've never seen dr. Glossier but from what I've heard he's pretty outstanding too.
