When I scheduled I was told I could be seen in 30 minutes and was quoted a price. When I showed up a couple days later the appointment was 1 hour, price was almost double, and when I complained the Dr. told me that she can never see first patients in 30 minutes. Isn't this something they should have called back to tell me BEFORE I showed up, so I could decide if it was worth $220 out of pocket to go in? 2. Wait time was almost 45 minutes. I have severe morning sickness, so sitting all that extra time was not comfortable. 3. I was in to get a homeopathic remedy for morning sickness. About 45 minutes into the appointment, the Dr. told me that she figures out the best remedy using a computer program, which was not working. So, I had to wait 3 days to get the official recommendation. In the meantime, she said she could "guess" at the best remedy for me (which I took, and which did not help). 4. After several days of the first remedy not working, she gave me a second which also did not work, and then a third which made my throw up more. I'm not sure if homeopathy just doesn't work, or if she is just not that good at it... 5. Finally, the lack of assistance in billing insurance, even for out-of-network, and the high expense of her direct pay method make this amazingly expensive. I went on the recommendation of a friend and because I was desperate to reduce my morning sickness. This was a huge waste of time and money.

Short waiting time, suuuuuper friendly, knowledgable, helpful staff - all the way. My caregiver, Elise really took her time - explained everything... looked me in the eyes, (thank you). The place was super clean too. The entire experience was top notch. I'm on my way to feeling better already. Very grateful and so appreciative.

I literally limped into Dr. Bockelmann's office (after a night of compression, ice, and elevation) and comfortably walked out. He made the adjustments and gave me directions to test it out on level ground and take it slow the first day. He thought I was good to go for my usual moderate hikes after that and he was completely correct. My husband doubted my choice to get help from a chiropractor, but now he's a believer. Dr. Bockelmann saved our vacation. And he and his office couldn't have been kinder in the process.

In a few days, it was gone. They told me I needed a root canal and set up another appointment. I know I put it in my calendar on my phone but must not have saved it. Anyway, I missed it and they left a voicemail telling me that toothache would come back. It has been a year and all is well. The issue with this dentist is that their prices are over the top exorbitant. The two appointments lasted a combined 1.5 hours and each appointment was $190.00. Almost 400 dollars. I believe they are good but long story short I cannot afford to go here again. Do I really need a root canal?

Multiple emails and calls, with promises of callbacks and nothing on their end. When you provide a 10-day doctor's note, you should be able to back it up by filling out FMLA paperwork. It has 15 days to be filed, and this is my wife's job on the line. She had to provide me ADL, IADL, and emotional support during the time of the doctor's note, therefore making the FMLA very simple to fill out so I'm not sure what the hesitancy and lack of communication is for. I'm glad you don't have to worry about important paperwork being filled out for your own job security. NextCare Urgent Care it is.
