They will put your life on hold they don't get back to you in appropriate times. Many times id wait for the call for my counseling and they didn't call me so I'd call the office over n over with no answer. Then when they did call back they'd say what happened like it was my fault very unprofessional and also inappropriate people at this place do your research they have a long history of screwing people over. All in all they got me for 2 years of my time and 3 grand not counting my insurance. I was on my second class on the 20 hour class and couldn't make it to Concord for one of many random drug test. I asked if I could do a release for my mat program which shows I never have had a dirty and Sarah said ok great all to change her mind. Very cruel people at this place definitely getting ahold of better business bureau. Also they are trying to charge me for the 20 hour class a second time which should be illegal.

Its just another scam if you are trying to get your license back. Their office is completely sketchy. They keep their doors locked and I thought their building was completely abandoned. I was about to walk away until my "therapist" came out and awkwardly greeted me for the first time. This guy was completely unprofessional he got nervous and didn't realize he kept pausing and asking the same questions for an hour. This place needs to get removed from the DMV list because they are just another scam. It's sad this is the second "program" that has done this to me.

I started my lessons with Anderson's Driving School in the latter part of February, 2019 until my…read morelessons were cut short due to CoVID-19. I am 29, and have never driven in my life. What was supposed to be a milestone and a fun experience, turned out to be a harrowing experience for me. My first class was with an instructor named Rich. Let alone the fact that I had never driven before, on my first day Rich took me out on the main roads of Framingham, when I literally felt that I should be driving on neighborhood streets. Needless to say, I made many mistakes, and instead of being patient with me, as it was my first day, Rich was very mean and condescending. As it is, I was sceptical of driving - I had put it off for so long, his demeanor and aggressive attitude made me lose even more confidence in myself. In subsequent lessons, he would cuss and abuse, and would rudely slam the brakes on his side, even for petty things such as driving close to the yellow line, or not reversing in a straight line, even though the car was nowhere near the curb or any other car. During my time learning with Rich, I had come to know from another source that he had previously slapped a student. Fortunately for me, I had only done 6 classes, when CoVID-19 was enforced upon us. After the resumption of my driving classes, I was pleasantly greeted with the news that Rich had been fired. The new instructor, Nick (Mr. B) has been awesome to work with. He is calm, composed and the effect is that even after a long hiatus, I am driving well and Nick's attitude has been a positive influence on my confidence. I am hopeful that Anderson Driving School can breathe a sigh of relief after firing Rich, and hopefully after all this, everything will look bright and on the up.

This driving school is a masterclass in how to make a stressful process even worse. The office…read morestaff are supremely unhelpful, condescending, and shockingly lazy. It feels as though they go out of their way to ensure that teenagers and their parents struggle unnecessarily. Communication is virtually nonexistent, and when you do get through, the tone is dismissive and arrogant, as if asking a simple question about scheduling or requirements is an outrageous imposition. Their class sign-up system is confusing and poorly managed, with no guidance offered to help navigate it. Every interaction leaves you with the distinct impression that they take pride in being as unaccommodating as possible. My daughter's peers, who attended other driving schools, had smooth and straightforward experiences. By contrast, every step with this school has been an exercise in frustration. One Star - strictly for the organization, communication, and office staff. The actual driving instructors were wonderful. Parents, save yourself the headache and choose literally any other school. This one is a nightmare wrapped in arrogance.

I was going away for a month for vacation and it was part of their attendance policy that I couldn't continue being on the team due to the absences I would accumulate, which I understood. They had asked me if I was still interested when I was back from vacation though. I decided to not cheer competitively that season to focus on school. Definitely don't come here if you can't commit. It's important to attend all of the practices because it is a team sport at the end of the day. It's not fair to others on the team either which is the reason for attendance policy. One person not showing up messes up the plan for the practice & one less stunt group to work on. Cheer gyms, in general, are tough environments to be in but coaches do mean well! The coaches never have ill intent and only want the best for you. Just know that you will miss a lot of important events such as birthday parties, etc but that's part of the commitment & what you sign up for. You can't expect to go to comps and expect to win if you only put 50% effort. Mentality & simply just showing up to put in the work plays a large role... in not only cheer but life in general. I had a great experience cheering here and wouldn't have wanted to cheer anywhere else for my last year of all-star. It is very costly but rewarding sport! Competitions are super fun and I made friends with many of my teammates, who I still keep in touch with. I was at another cheer gym closer by to where I'm from (South Shore) and this gym is superior; definitely the best cheer gym in New England. People from all over NH, Maine, MA, and I've even met people from NJ come three times a week to practice.

She also has improved every season. The coaches are top notch. The owners clearly know how to run a successful program. As a family we appreciate the time, effort and energy it takes to make great teams. Cheer is not an inexpensive sport so we especially like that there is an attendance policy. My daughter has loved each team she has been on, she especially loves the classes offered.
