I had the unfortunate experience of hiring this Attorney. These great reviews must of come from…read morefriends and or family. As my experience was absolutely atrocious! Mr. Moschella interest in his self and the prosecutor rather than his clients. Despite the fact that the state has absolutely no evidence this man tried forcing me to take a plea deal. Never provided me discovery as requested nor did he answer questions that were competent nor sensible. The way he spoke to me one would think that I was a child and he was a parent discipline me. He forgets that he works for you. To put it simply in my case Mr. Moschella was a con artist and a crooked Lawyer which I have validating proof. When I confronted Mr. Moschella on his shady antics, he became very offensive and could never give a straight answer. My case would not progress when I had him as my Lawyer. He would attempt to make me feel if I was guilty of my charges and always sided with the Prosecutor. When Mr. Moschella attempted to force me to take a plea deal after several times of me not accepting the plea deals he filed motions to drop me as a client and also lied in his brief to the Judge. With my new Lawyer to date he agrees that the prosecution has no evidence or a case. My new Lawyer has stated that Mr. Moschella was definitely on the side of the Prosecutor and was trying to mislead me into a conviction. To date my case is progressing in my favor no help to Mr. Moschella or the money he blatantly stole from me. There is a saying "How do you Know when A Lawyer is lying? The Lawyer is speaking." This describes Mr. Moschella perfectly. Mr. Moschella is NOT to be TRUSTED nor should he be recommended. He is a very shady Lawyer which I have validation of which I will eventually exposed the truth. Only thing Mr. Moschella is good for is accepting your money and having a broad vocabulary. Otherwise, he is as dirty as they come. He should be disbarred. Do NOT hire if you value your case.

From the owner: Mr. Moschella focuses on all areas of Criminal Law; including Indictable Crimes, Municipal Court…read moreoffenses and more particularly, DWI Defense. The firm also handles Personal Injury and Workers Compensation matters as well as Domestic Violence and Real Estate Law in the state of New Jersey.

If you have an enemy looking for legal advice send them to the strip mall attorneys of Marriott…read moreCallahan & Blair in Spring Lake Heights. Originally I hired Mr Callahan to represent me but he fobbed me off on his daughter Margaret Blair. This was a very distressing time for me, and I needed an expert to guide me thru tricky financial matters. This was a matter of life and death to me as I stood to lose everything to my brother who was contesting my mother's will. I was assured I was in the best of hands. . Ms Blair managed to give in to all demands made by said brother, was intimidated by the opposing attorney, and if I could get her to care, never got information about how things were going. If I asked a question the standard response was "Just wait" which translated to me "I really don't have a clue". In the end she didn't even let me read the final disposition telling me to trust her, just sign here. I have found out recently I got a fraction of what I was supposed to receive, and have no recourse. I always thought lawyers were supposed to fight for you, protect your best interests and share information. I am 74 years old, disabled and living on a shoestring. I will never get over the negligent and lazies fair attitude I was subject to in my dire time of need.

A few years ago I paid $500 for a will, power of attorney, and a living will. I was contacted by…read morethe law office that they no longer store clients wills and that I would have to go to their law office, collect the original will, and store it. Having the will in my own possession is somewhat like not have a will at all. I do not know for sure that my heirs will be able to locate it and that it will be undamaged, so the piece of mind I thought I would have from having a will is gone. I do not know if this is normal practice in the legal profession. At this point I will probably have to contact another attorney and start the process over again, incurring another expense. They also would not guarantee they would maintain electronic copies of the documents I paid for them to create.
