Finally the designer insisted they use an experienced tile installer. Drywall repairs were awful. Main issues seem to be with MKB laborers who are here today and gone tomorrow. Excuses were given like "not in their skill set". The plumbing, electrical, & painting subcontractors all did good work and we would use them again but never, ever MKB. So many redo's at every turn. But, because he was in sales, he had no way of checking on my order status. Received an email saying that my order was shipped, complete with UPS tracking number. I clicked on the link and discovered that it's final destination was Mettawa, IL. I'm in San Francisco! Emailed them to ask why the final destination was Mettawa, IL. I get an automated reply with a password so I could register on their help desk so that I could check on the status of my order. I keep getting an error message. Repeatedly.
