Very friendly, helpful and competitively priced. My goods have been well protected by the non-climate controlled unit. The value of the storage began to drop soon after Midgard obtained the property and corporate ownership began managing the property. Rent went up seemingly monthly (probably more like quarterly) to the point that rent has more than doubled for the exact same 10x10 unit. As of December first the management wants to unilaterally resign all agreements, change to a locking system provided by Midgard, and to offer services already included in the rent as add on costs, for example if you want access 24/7 there's a fee for that. I cleaned out my unit and won't consider a Midgard site in the future.
