2 of our 4 units were rented under husband's name. He passed on 12/23/24. We provided Death Certificate and Probate Personal Representative documents Midgard requested. As of 4/1/25 we have still been unable to access our property at Ocean Highway branch in Pawleys Island. I'm over 70 years old and have never been so poorly treated in my life. Home office cannot be reached by phone. Have sent multiple emails and talked to their local branch and virtual assistant(s). No help whatsoever. Beware, beware. Keeping me up at night and they respond "be patient while we process your request". Such BS. read more

0 STARS.. Worst storage place ever they tried to charge me a whole week after I just signed up for the storage. I didn't even move my things in or anything like that when I requested a refund it was denied. I do not recommend this place. read more

Too bad zero isn't an option. Had a unit with this company for 14 months. After 4 months rate was jacked up 19%. A few months later it was jacked up again. Cost went up over 50% in a 14 month period. There three other places in Pawleys and many within 10 miles, do yourself a favor and choose a better business. read more

Over priced but very friendly staff. Had a unit for 13 months and the cost rose from $80ish to $139. Moved across the street for less then $90. 10x5. read more
