My project coordinator, Alex, was unprofessional and difficult to work with. Because the on-site contractors did not speak English, I had to rely entirely on Alex to relay instructions, which led to major misunderstandings. For example, during the installation of a glass shield, it was clear that Alex and the contractors were not on the same page. I immediately called Alex and requested that we hold off on that portion for a couple of days to sort it out. He dismissively told me, "No, we're doing it now." Predictably, the glass was installed with extremely poor quality and would not have lasted a year. While the manager, John, eventually stepped in and replaced it, the situation should have been avoided entirely.Furthermore, I experienced pushback from John early on. I purchased veined tile and wanted to review the layout beforehand to ensure the pattern flowed correctly. Alex told me that the installer, Ethan, only lays tile and does not handle the design or layout. When I tried to oversee this, John accused me of "micromanaging" and told me to just trust their work. Unfortunately, my instincts were correct--the final floor tile layout looks completely uneven and poorly planned.To make matters worse, I was charged an extra $500 to install a floating vanity, which they mounted far too high. I literally have to stand on my tiptoes just to lean over and brush my teeth. When I brought this to their attention, they blamed the issue entirely on the plumbing. I have since had an independent professional inspect it, and they confirmed the plumbing was not the issue at all; it was simply a bad installation.I paid this company in full, but did not get the quality or outcome I was promised. They offered zero compensation or partial refunds for these permanent mistakes. Please be very careful if you choose to use this company for your remodeling needs.

The owner Jon is very welcoming and eager to help with lots of knowledge as he also installs. He sells his own brand (stone haus) and has some familiars on sample boards. I'm pretty sure this little 3-4 room store has every single tile, backsplash and decent pricing to compare to. He was not pushy at all but gave room for us to browse and think and stare way too long at two similar grey rocks. I absolute love the hand cut, reclaimed wood mantels he had, 5 ft was $350 and 6ft was $450! Unbelievable price as most places we saw started at $800 and up. This showroom is small so the placements of sample can be overwhelming, unlike shopping around the Vaughan area where there is lots of space and everything is laid out like artwork. Think of it like shopping at a Winners/home sense, you know there's treasure to be found if you are patient to browse!

Not bad right? :) The quality seems be be quite decent. But I guess if it's horrible I will have to update my review later. Seems easy to put together as it has grooves on the side which will lock into place. The quarter rounds were dirt cheap. I believe it was $0.30 each (8 ft long). You will need a mitre saw to cut it up. Underlayment was $0.45 per sq ft (IIC 73). Pretty good prices! The only thing we did not like was the young male associate w/ the glasses. He spoke to us in a very condescending tone. What a turn off! It's better to deal with the female associates there. They are much nicer. They have flooring for composite, solid hardwood, bamboo, laminate. Trims, mouldings, underlayment, etc Your one stop shop for DIY flooring!

We booked to have the floors installed including baseboards. The floors looked great! We were however unhappy with the finishing touches on the baseboards (cuts, calking etc) I emailed William and sent him pictures of the imperfection, we wanted the floors to look perfect. William was very understanding and did what he could to help us. We figured out a solution and William made it happen. If you do decide to book with them, just make sure you supervise the installers to make sure the finishing touches are just how you pictures it! I was definitely very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service...

It was easy to install, it looks beautiful, but you only have 2 choices of water temperature.... scalding hot or freezing cold. There is no way to moderate the water temperature. It`s almost impossible to get a balanced warm temperature. I am either scalding my hands, or freezing them. The faucet is complete garbage, and now I have to buy a new faucet because I didn`t return it, so that`s on me. However, I thought I would get used to the horrible temperature settings after a few weeks, but alas, I was incorrect in my assumption. I will now go to Home Depot and get a Kohler or Moen.

It didn't take more than 15 seconds for someone to approach me & ask if i needed any help. They didn't try to up-sell me on anything more expensive than what i was looking for. Answered all of our questions and really knew all of the products really well. Their showroom is very inviting with all the different styles of contemporary, modern, classic lighting options. Lots of lighting for indoor & outdoor plus they sell various shapes & sizes of energy saver bulbs. They didn't have style i was looking for, but it only took a couple of minutes to locate it in the catalogue and order it. The pricing was fantastic and beat everything i found online and at other lighting stores in Toronto. I went in to buy 1 kitchen light and ended up buying 2 because the price was so great - we got a deal on pricing for purchasing more than 1 product. Plus i wanted the 2 fixtures in the kitchen to match, so it worked out great. We placed an order on a Saturday and by Wednesday of the following week our lights were in! If you don't have an electrician, they have a 3rd party they can refer you to (doesn't work for Supreme LIghting) than can quote you based on the product and time it will take. Now it's time for some new outdoor lighting and i'm looking forward to going back to the showroom!

The pricing is higher than the usual Home Depot or Canadian Tire stocks, but that is to be expected. It seems to be cheaper than Union Lighting to me. There are some items on sale.
