We couldn't access online banking, keep track of bills, or even do business at a branch office. When we asked when it will be reinstated, they arrogantly said when they think we're ready. They treated us like a ten year old who lost their allowance, and we did not appreciate that. We closed our account, and are far better off at BMO Harris. Far, FAR better off.
