I asked a simple question about having x-rays from the dentist that referred me sent over and Doctor Gilbert (an incredibly rude, high tempered old man) came into my room screaming at me over the fact that they do not use computers in his office and I should of known that. First of all, in this day in age, especially in the medical field, who the hell does not have some sort of computer set up? So he charged me to have x-rays retaken because he refuses to use technology as simple as computers to exchange important patient information from the doctors who referred their patients to his establishment. He became red in the face over my simple x-ray question, tried to throw me out of my appointment and told me he didnt have time to answer my stupid questions, so do I want the procedure or not because he wasn't going to talk to me anymore. He grabbed my wrist and put a needle in my hand without telling me what he was doing, hooked me up to an IV and started pumping me with anesthesia without saying a word. Then said you will start getting really dizzy in about 15 seconds and left the room! With the nurses! Not only did he give me no heads up whatsoever that I was about to be put to sleep but after injecting me, he left me completely unsupervised! I want to sue! You cannot treat your patients this way! It is absolutely absurd. This man has absolutely NO bed side manner. The office itself is a joke, incompetent staff, no parking where you wont get towed, and on top of that no air conditioning. If you need oral surgery, simple or complex: please please PLEASE do not even consider this ridiculously inadequate establishment. The gruff mannerism of the entire staff is almost as shocking as the how horrifyingly impatient, insincere and downright mean the doctor is towards his patients. I will NEVER go back and I feel so sorry for anyone who makes the mistake of working with this horrible man and his joke of a practice. I had moderate implants placed 15 years ago. 8Months ago I went to Dr. Mooty to have implants replace. I wanted to go larger and I wanted Moderate plus. I also wanted the crease of my Right breast raised as it was slightly lower than the left. Dr. Mooty told me he thought high profile would give me the results I wanted. I explained that I really wanted moderate plus. He said he would try different sizes and profiles while I was in surgery and would use the ones that gave me the look I desired, he even told his assistant to order a few different sizes in the moderate plus, but it turns out the morning of my surgery, he popped his head in and said, "I decided I am going to go with high profile." He never even intended to try the moderate plus like I had asked. Then for some reason he put a larger Implant in my left side, which is already my naturally larger side. I really wished he would have discussed what he was thinking about doing before I went in to my surgery. I would have told him NOT to use a larger implant in my left side, if anything it should have gone in the right side. A month later I had to pay again to have the smaller implant in my right side replaced with an implant of the same size as my left, and he never even tried to fix the crease on my right side. He said it would be easier to lower the left crease to match the right, but he did not do that either. So approx. $15,000.00 and 2 surgeries later I still regret it so much. I came out of it with larger implants and thats all. My breast are nice, but not what I asked for. Dr. Mooty took no responsibility for any of it, and even told me, "I know women that would be jealous of your breasts." Unfortunately I was not getting them to make anyone jealous, but only to make myself happy, which I am not. I have waited 7 months to post a review because I know that there can be lots of changes in the months following surgery. My reason for posting this is not to bad mouth Dr. Mooty but to encouraged women to make sure they are truly being listened to and that they have the final say in what is going to be done.

I then consulted several other facilities that provide laser tattoo removal who all contradicted what I was told at PB Med spa. I am now under going treatment at another facility with no adverse reactions or complications. I would call their expertise in the services they provide into question. Do your homework before using their facility.
