Twice in the past two weeks we have tried to purchase a utv at this store. My husband went in alone last week and I joined him today. Unfortunately, the service at this place is a joke! No one asked if they could help us. Two guys were sitting in a utv talking and messing around, they looked like they worked there so I made eye contact after I agreed on which utv my husband wanted; I hoped for a "can I help you," of course, I got nothing. Maybe we didn't look like we were going to buy anything but guess what we were. Sad when we can't do business in our hometown. I'll be sure to upload a pic of our purchase later, just in case you think we weren't actually going to buy anything. Definitely not West Texas service, don't waste your time. Dealer with gray hair was a total shmuck. I went in to look at Yamaha bikes when I was approached by a gray haired dealer asking me to get off the bikes. I ride a Harley the bike I was looking at was about 3/4 the weight of my bike. He continued to follow me around ignoring my questions and refusing to make eye contact. 10/10 do not recommend. These guys are the worst I have ever encountered and I have rode bikes for over 50 years. Totally disrespectful and was told to go down the road to the Honda dealer, which was good advice as I was treated like a customer. I like the Yamaha machines but I would not buy a spark plug from this store. The service here is lousy, they act like the last thing they want to do is mess with a customer. The common response to questions is "I don't know", I asked for a specific motorcycle oil by Amsoil and they said I needed the house brand and two different weights every year. That's bad advice, I run 20/50 synthetic year round never having any issues. I tried to explain that would void my warranty and the dude just walked back to his burrito and acted like I had vanished into thin air. I will not support a company that acts like the customers owe them something, if it weren't for customers they wouldn't be here, not me. Stay away, go to the Honda shop, it's only a half mile further down the road. I myself am in the customer service field and if I handled customers in this same fashion my boss would fire me faster than a speed shift on the interstate. Bottom line is nowadays in this market you can't afford to provide shitty service, there is way too much competition out there. read more
