*** PLEASE READ*** I…read morewent to Pete's auto to get a truck. I gave them 3,000 down. When I drove off the lot the transfer case drove and the engine light turned on. I ask them to fix it since it was within a week. They looked at it. THEY TOOK IT FROM ME! They said it was broken and they couldn't give it back. So Pete himself said pick a car from our lot and we'll use the 3,000 as a down payment on another car. I picked out a jeep patriot and he told me I'd have to give him 900 extra to get the title transferred from the truck to jeep. I paid that. I had to wait a week to pick it up. When I picked it up the windows didn't work. It was soooo much dirt. I have never seen so much dirt in a car like that except junkyard cars. They wanted me to pay 600 a month plus insurance. And I wasn't gonna pay that considering the money I gave them and the car was "fixed" how they said it would be. So after the picked up the car. They REFUSED to give me my belongings. I had to take a police officer to get my stuff. I called for 4 hours straight. They said the man that worked at the "2nd shop" came in on his own time and they called him but he didn't answer. At 5:30 pm I called again and told them I had a police officer with me and officer said they couldn't hold my personal property ( social security card, wallet, purses, etc.) they finally told me to meet them there. PETE HIMSELF SHOWED UP! AFTER THAT MORNING TELLING ME THAT HE DID NOT HAVE A KEY! I asked him if the guy ever came in for his shift and he pretended to not know what I was talking about. He then said "im here now please get your stuff and leave" It's not worth the "not credit check" the cars are all broken they say they will "fix it" but your car won't work I promise! You'll have to put more money into the car after your down payment. And the paperwork they give you says they won't trade or return your car. The ladies at this "car dealership" are so rude and clueless! They have no customer service whatsoever it's so bad! You won't feel welcome or taken care of! They only know payment and that's all!
