At 8 pm Classic snags our request from the system and said they were slammed and it'd be 1-2 hours. We checked in well after that and were told again they were slammed and so sorry but again told us a time frame of 1-2 for arrival. At 1:30 am she said the guy was headed to him from Trussville and it would take an hour. At 3:30am checked in and she got mad at our frustration and said they were rerouting to others bc they were more emergent and we were in a parking lot which they should have been honest about from the beginning so that we would know we were never going to be a priority and could have switched to someone else. Even honesty after the first reroute would have been more acceptable . They should never snagged our request before someone who could get us faster could knowing they were on the other side of Bham and going to continue to reroute every time they came along someone. We finally cancelled and moved on. Called someone on our own and were picked up and dropped off at home in an hour.

He called to get details and we informed him that the car didn't have air in the tires. He said he had the wrong type of truck and my boyfriend suggested a flatbed truck for the job. He said okay and we hung up. We were already in the area so we drove to where the car was and waited for an hour in the car in 30 degree weather. Tow truck never came. We called him back twice and both times we were sent to his voicemail after only 2-3 rings. Needless to say we didn't get towed. This morning, I called to complain to management and the guy was rude and kept on trying to talk over me. When he finally let me talk, he gave a half apology and stated that it was my fault because I should have called dispatch back and got a new driver. He then asked if I wanted to get the car towed this morning. I declined based on how unprofessional the driver was and how rude the manager was to me this morning. I told him I wasn't interested in a tow but just wanted him to know how unprofessional his driver was and how I couldn't trust any of the other drivers either. He said okay and HUNG UP on me! I didn't have an attitude and I didn't yell or curse. Based on the fact that the company is advertising on the radio for customers makes you think they would love and appreciate the business brought in but they do not. I would not recommend this company to anyone at all. They are not professional and don't seem to care about their customers.

I was referred to Price Wrecker and I have to say I am very impressed with the level of service and professionalism I experienced with them. From the time that I called them to pick up the disabled car and tow it to Fairfield, Al, (20 miles away) it took just about 1 hour from start to finish. By the time I got to the location to pick up my neighbor, the driver was already there and they quickly loaded the car on a flatbed and were on their way. The driver worked with us to find a suitable location to park the car outside of the driveway and carefully offloaded the car and showed us what the actual problem was (the battery cable had shorted out) I just want to say Thank you to Tony and the guys for their prompt service and professionalism in a time of need.
