Especially gained a lot from her level of attentiveness to each person there. She gave a lot of helpful cues to improve form and endurance throughout the class. It's clear she's been doing this a long time I embarrassingly almost collapsed from dehydration after I finished my first class (which was my fault for over dressing and under hydrating). It is a relaxing, welcoming space and I instantly remembered how much better it is to practice in a studio versus having a home practice.
