We were in need of a bigger vehicle, not looking for anything new yet. We came in with a pre…read moreapproval and the paper work for the vehicle we wanted was completed very quick. Mr. Codie & Mr. Bodie were super helpful and friendly. We will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone shopping around for a vehicle & that wants a great car buying experience.

Unfortunately, I have had the displeasure of doing business with this dealership. I bought a used…read moreTundra with very low miles. I asked for them to provide pictures of underneath the truck for any rust. Stating multiple times that I am coming from over 3 hours away and don't want to waste my time. The pictures they provided showed no rust, so everything looked good at the time. And they said the truck was in great shape. Truck looked great from the outside and test drive on local roads went well. So went along with the purchase. That's where it all went downhill. On the interstate, the truck nearly shook itself apart, jumping all over the lane. I had to keep it under 55 to drive safely. Called the dealership about this and they said to take it to my mechanic to see what's wrong. Dropped it off, and the next day the mechanic calls me with the list of things that are in dire need of repair.... $12,000 in repairs needed. To top it all off, he tells me that it all mostly needs replaced because the rust was so bad. And that the rust had been sprayed over with paint. How did this even pass their service department before going out on the lot? Provided the list of things needed to be replaced, along with the fact that the damage was concealed with spray paint. They have been silent for a week now, with me reaching out multiple times. Only to be told that the manager will get in contact by the end of the day. RUN, don't walk. RUN away from this dealership if you're buying used. This appears to be pattern with them. Please take heed of this warning. Or at least have a good lawyer. Tldr: dealership advertised the truck as in good condition. But it had been spray painted on the underside to conceal damage.

DO NOT, in any way shape or form buy a vehicle from this dealership. Run away as fast as you can…read moreand then thank me later. Sure, I signed a contract saying I was buying "as is" BUT I was told it was a great vehicle and was ready to drive. WRONG. To start off, the Jetta was advertised with "new tires installed". I found out a few days after the purchase that the tires were all different branded used tires. One was so dry rotted on the inside that it cracked and leaked so I had to put new tires on it. I was also told it had been recently serviced but 24 hours after buying it, I had an engine code come up for a camshaft position issue. My code scanner showed me that the engine code was cleared 350 miles ago. I had only put 200 miles on the car. These people knew about the engine code and tried to hide it! I read that an oil change may fix this issue so I changed the oil and it was 100% not "freshly serviced" as they told me it was. The oil was black and very dirty. I checked the air filter box and there wasn't an filter in the air box!! On a turbo charged engine!! I have put almost $4,000 into a car that I was told was "ready to go." Currently the car needs a new O2 sensor, new CV axles that have fallen apart, replace a cracked EVAP line, needs the engine oil pan resealed as it leaks about a half a quart of engine oil every fuel tank refill, and it needs a coolant flush and refill since it doesn't not have the right coolant in the system. These people are liars to their core. I will continue to post this review if it gets taken down. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE
