If you don't have one they do have some in the store. We have rented from Wheel Works on a few occasions when we wanted to explore the West Orange Trail. It's so convenient and the staff is very helpful and friendly. You can make your reservation online or go into the store. I recommend making a reservation ahead of time. Parking at the Winter Garden Station of the West Orange Trail (same location as rentals) was available on the late Friday morning when we arrived, and we quickly found a spot in their free parking lot. The station also boasts a small play area and equipment for the younger set. Patty made the whole process easy with her friendly direction, length of rental options, and explanation of the types of bicycles. Three models (and plenty of each) were available, depending on what kind of ride we wanted. She had us rolling along in no time (pun intended). We literally took the bikes out of the rental place and started pedaling. The experience was so easy for us as we were hosting out of town family at the time that we would return without hesitation with more guests or just on our own.
