I had to contend with some time constraints due to a car rental return to an airport location, then Uber travel back across town, etc.. Lora did what needed to be done to make things happen. And she did it all with a smile. Heck, Lora even suggested a few restaurants! Andrew runs the rental desk. He too was friendly yet professional. He helped with my helmet sizing and saw that my moto was ready for me at the scheduled time. Andrew also informed me of the prepaid thruway toll service EagleRider offered, which paid for itself many times over. He provided a complete explanation of the moto's controls. The drop-off was easy too. Now, January is a slow time for moto rentals in Florida, so, yes, these folks had time. But you can tell that they are sincere in their dedication to service. I only mention the slowness of the season because Daytona bike week is coming up. They've a fair amount of motos on site but I don't know how many are already rented. But I know Lora and Andrew will be VERY busy. Personally, I wouldn't expect the level of service I received during this coming crush, but I wouldn't be surprised if you do. I had two kids in tow with me. I noticed a dude riding a rickshaw and prayed that somehow we'd find him when it was time to go home. Well I must have done something right because not one but two crossed our paths on the way back to the car. Brad was friendly and a quick pedaler. What would have been seven more tiring minutes on foot with two tired kids was condensed into two relaxing minutes for the ride. It's a FREE ride with pedalers paid strictly through tips. Thanks, Redi Pedi! Green-friendly transportation? We're ready!

Our last day in Orlando and we went to one of MY Favorite Places: Gatorland!…read more We first visited this Gator Sanctuary with our son, Mathew when he was 3 years old and we all loved it. Gatorland was started in 1949 by Owen Goodwin as a 1/2 day Family Attraction. It has since grown and now the Park has over 100+ Gators including a few albino's. Since I last visited the Park in 2018, Gatorland has added a Zipline with 5 lines which zip over Gators. This was an absolute MUST DO! The 2nd favorite thing I LOVE doing, is feeding the parakeets aka budgies You can purchase a bundle of popsicle sticks with peanut butter at one end rolled in bird seed. The Birds will flock to You and start eating. You can actually feel their "tootsies" on your skin and they are very warm. You MUST shuffle you feet to avoid stepping on the little ones who are pecking away at the dropped birdseed on the floor. My 3rd favorite thing is feeding the Gators. You can purchase Turkey hotdogs, break them into pieces and toss them to the Gators! They come swimming up to you to be fed. How COOL! My next favorite is the Gator Show which involves completely harmless Gator: wrestling. Basically the Trainer gently straddles the Gator and tips his chin under his. Be sure to come hungry as they have a cafe which serves, you guessed it: Gator bites/nuggets.
