I had not been to the dentist in almost 5 years and needless to say I was very nervous for my appointment, However, their amazing, kind, and professional staff made my experience all the difference. Kadi and Cassandra at the front desk were so helpful and sweet, Kadi took extra time of hers and explained my plan to me in such a way I was able to understand and really made an effort to show she cared upon my return to stick with it!! Amanda my hygienist is the best I've ever had. She is so great and passionate about her job, she makes you feel relaxed and informs you about how much the importance of dental hygiene is and really makes want to change your bad habits and start flossing!! Dr. Amador was such a nice and positive spirit who kindly informed me on the proper steps I need to take to get my dental hygiene where it should be at me age. I will say the entire staff was amazing, Marie was another kind employee who took time to speak with me. I will be sticking to my plan provided to me by this wonderful staff and again, Thank You Kadi for working with me as you did, Amanda I cant wait to be back in your chair and have my mouth feeling as it did when I left, what a difference, and Dr. Amador your words made me realize the importance that my dental hygiene really effects my over health and I will be back!! Dr. David Amador is a great dentist and now my new dentist. I recently had work done by a cosmetic dentist and was left with horrible migraine headaches for 42 days straight. I was able to easily schedule an emergency appointment online on a Sunday for Monday morning. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was seen by Dr. Amador exactly at 8:30am which was my appointment time. Was very nice to not have to wait. Super nice staff. Dr. Amador took X-rays and did some tests and discovered I needed a root canal. What impressed me is he suggested I see a specialist to have root canal so I could save my veneer. I was given an antibiotic prescription and was not even charged for my X-Rays which really helps and is appreciated. I went to see the specialist and had root canal and my 42 day nightmare of migraine headaches was finally over. He took time and explained every detail to me. He is a very nice person and you can tell he cares. One week after my appointment Dr. Amador send me a handwritten card hoping my issues were resolved and thanking me for the business. That was extremely thoughtful and appreciated. I was highly impressed with my entire experience and will definitely return for all future dental issues. I went to this practice for a number of years because of the friendly staff and the great work of my hygienist but I cannot say the same for Drs. Amador and Kerr. They highly recommended I use SureSmile (similar to Invisalign), because as Dr. Kerr explained it to me, my mouth was misaligned and causing excessive recessions and in my later years it will cause serious issues with my gum health. So I did, $7K later it didn't make any difference, my mouth looked and felt the same. They made a retainer for me that should've been ordered from SureSmile with the amount of money I paid. In 2024, our dental insurance changed and they didn't accept Dental Delta, so I had to go elsewhere. I called yesterday because the retainer made for me was irritating my gums and causing them to bleed. They told me I had to pay $99 for the visit and any other costs will be out of pocket. I was very disappointed. The practice that told me they enjoyed seeing and speaking with me on my appointments no longer acknowledge me as such when I spoke w/Stephanie. I will work with my current dentist practice Comfort Dentists of Plantation, who are extremely friendly, straightforward, honest and their work is impeccable. I must admit that I was very apprehensive about visiting any Dentist. I definitely let me teeth decay. Upon visiting Dr. Rosenberg's office, I was immediately greeted with numerous warm smiles and genuine thoughtfulness by his front office staff. I instantly felt welcomed and at ease. I was there to receive a deep cleaning and it was a unique experience in the most positive way. Both Dentists were very friendly and knowledgeable. However, Courtney definitely made my visit AMAZING. She is so caring, kind and considerate. In addition she is extremely professional and thorough. She took the time to carefully, yet vigorously give me the most amazing cleaning. Even the shots that she administered were painless, compared to others that I have received in my mouth. She made me laugh and she was simply a pleasure to be around. It i could give 10 stars i would!!! Cassandra the office manager is AMAZING!!!! She is very detailed and attentive to all of your dental questions and needs. She gave me a tour of the office and a bottle of water without me even having to ask. She provides GREAT Customer service!!! Dr. Amador is also AMAZING!!! He explains everything so well and he is very attentive as well and makes sure he answers all of your questions and is not the type of dentist who you can tell gets annoyed if u ask multiple times. He truly wants to make sire u understand everything and does not try to sell you treatment andis more concerned about your health. You can see that he is extremely passionate and I am glad he is because this lets me know that im not just a patient but someone who he is genuinely trying to help you get healthy. I wrote a review and definitely had to update it! The Office Manager Cassandra has truly blown me away! I am so amazed with this office. I have never experienced a dental office like this one. I almost feel like thats not enough to say about this office. Cassandra has taught me so much about my Oral health to where it finally makes sense. Of course the credit is also due to the Amazing Dr. Amador as well. He of course goes over everything regardless of how much you ask and definitely knows how to put it in terms (to a person like myself) when I finally understand the value and necessity pf the recommended treatment. I have had such horrible experiences before and am so grateful to finally have no hesitation in trusting a dentist. If there was a ten star rating this team would get it! From my initial call to my visit today this team of dental professionals exceeds my expectations by far. Dr. Dave Amador and his assistant Mari have made my somewhat extensive (and for me nerve wracking) dental surgeries seem easy. Everyone in the office genuinely cares about you as a person, and Dr. Amador takes the time to explain every process in a kind and intelligent manner. I spent my entire life feeling anxious, and almost frightened, of having dental work; this no longer is the case. So I was in search of a new dental office and decided to give Yelp a chance at helping me find one. Of course, I looked for the office with the most highly-rated reviews... I can honestly say that every positive review I read about this office is legitimately backed up! They entire staff there (that I've met so far) haven't been short of exceptional! Kadi, Kassandra, Rebecca, Mari, Aly, Dr. Amador... They all treated me with such a genuine care that it truly made me feel as if I was part of their family. Aside from the great service and dental care they provide (I had to go in for an extensive cleaning, and believe me my teeth were extensively cleaned), what truly sets them apart from any healthcare-related office I've experienced in the past is the care and compassion they treat their patients with. I have been going to this office for years and have always been very satisfied. I just love Dr. Amador. Many people do not like to go to the dentist and I keep hearing horror stories about people being told they need scaling, and root canals and crowns just so a dentist can make money. Dr. Amador is not like this.. He has great patient care and manners. He does all he can to explain why something needs to be done and why it doesn't,t have to be done. In my opinion he is much more interested in you and your teeth and that is primary. He is not out to make money off of you. I could not give him a higher recommendation. I love my dentist! I went to Dr. Rosenberg's office to have bonding work done on my teeth on Thursday 8/16. To my surprise, the bonding fell off within the next couple of days. I contacted their office requesting a refund and still have not received any real response. When I spoke to Dr. Rosenberg, he seemed more concerned about his "Yelp" reputation than the situation at hand. Not only am I disappointed in the service I received, but I'm in shock that a doctor would treat ANY patient with so much disrespect. He wasted my time and money. Dr. Rosenberg is the most pleasant dentist I have ever worked with. I'm always greeted with a "How's the family?" and he really shows concern with my dental work. I have had to get a lot of work done and he always leaves my feeling reassured that I'll be pleased with my results. More importantly, his office manager, Tina C. is the sweetest person alive!! She is so very informative and knows so much about the dental industry and she can answer any question you have and explain it so that you can understand! Hands down THEE best dentist I have ever visited. Not only are they super nice & humble but they also take the time to educate. Everyone was so helpful from Dr. Amador, his assist Mari and even the receptionist Cass. I unfortunately skipped the dentist for years and was reluctant on visiting any dentist because I knew my teeth were not in the best condition. I highly recommend this dental office, the staff is amazing. Tina greeted me with a warm smile, took me on a tour of the office and introduced me to each staff member which made me feel welcomed and important to them as a patient. Tina was also so helpful and knowledgeable with my insurance and treatment plan. I'm definitely not a fan of being in the dentist chair, but Dr. Rosenberg is very kind and gentle and immediately put me at ease. Dr Rosenberg has been my dentist for years and he's the best and his staff are the best too and I highly recommend him to everyone and ive made people go to him and they thanked me because they loved how everyone treats you and the office manager TINA works 24/7 because i had a crown get inflamed and they were closed and she called me back and I didn't leave a message and asked me what's wrong and within 30min i had antibiotics waiting for me at my pharmacy. I went to Dr. Amador for some pain I was feeling in a tooth. Ended up having to get a root canal, which I was very nervous about. But Dr. Amador and Mari made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He showed me my X-rays and explained to me the affected area and the process of the root canal, which I appreciated. I was in pain and discomfort when I called dr. Rosenberg's office. The staff was compassionate, friendly, and accommodating. I was given a same day appointment and my pain was relieved in short order. Dr. Rosenberg took time to explain an in depth preventative plan to avoid the same problem in the future. Amazing doctors and friendly staff. I have felt so comfortable coming to this dental office and also having my family come here too. The office is very clean and you can tell they take covid precautions seriously. The crowns are made in the same day, so you don't have to wear a temporary or wait for your permanent.
