This is a decent size store predominantly selling Indian grocery items. They also got American products like chips, sodas and household items. There's a small Indian res truant inside too. At the register they have state lottery available. In front corner of the store there are tables to dine-in and also some small arcade games for entertainment. There's a large liquor section as well. They had a lot of varieties and brands of liquors. We stopped by the store to get some snacks, sodas and lottery tickets. Prices were reasonable for the items. Nice Indian market for groceries and many other items. It's quite big. They have frozen section, bakery, snacks, drinks etc. They also serve breakfast. Spacious and bright inside. Parking lot in the front, very convenient. The staff are nice. read more

I love this little market! They have everything you need to make a great Indian meal, including hard to find veggies like tindora, bitter gourd etc. The space also has a little Indian restaurant, Desi Dhaba that has great dosa on the weekends and my favorite breakfast, puri bhaji. Do yourself a favor and order extra sambar with the dosa-their version by is absolutely delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great little business. read more

As I work just across the street from this market, I have been anticipating the opening of this new place in town and I am so glad its finally here! This little market is the perfect addition that midtown area needed. They have all your typical groceries, some options for fresh produce, as well as some specialty items you may not find at all grocery stores! They have a large selection of craft sodas, olives for your charcuterie needs, plus so much more! The owner said if there is anything you want that they don't have, they'll get it in for you. Not only is this a grocery store, but they also have two unique additions inside the store - LC's Hamburgers and Zero. LC's is good old fashioned burgers, fries, and chicken nuggets, with a few other side options. Zero is a fresh juice and smoothie bar, in addition to having fresh ice cream and elote in a cup! If you've ever been to Tropicana, its very similar. I am so very excited that this is now a new option walking distance from my work for lunch, and I have a feeling my office will be keeping alot of business coming in here! read more

I was next door and saw the this place and all the things that they offered listed on their window. I went inside and was blown away because I had no idea this place existed. They have such a wide variety of items from produce and frozen groceries to cell phone accessories and alcohol. They offer cell phone repair and have a few food "stands" there. They sell smoothies, fresh juice, ice cream, fried fish tacos and so much more. They also have a small counter available for those who want to dine in. This place is pretty awesome and I think it's amazing how many things you can find here. read more

I heard that Midtown Market had about everything, so with a 1/2 hour to kill before a reservation down the street, we stopped to see if we could find a quick espresso. Although they couldn't accommodate my caffeine fix, I was amazed at what they did have. This grocery store space was a Thriftway back in the early 90's when I worked on the block for a few years. What a significant upgrade to that dingy dirty store back in the last century. An LC's hamburger is on the north wall and a juice / ice cream stand is on the south. In-between is a combination liquor store, c-store, full line grocery selection with plenty of ethnic / import items to accommodate the surrounding diverse neighborhoods, and what I found the most entertaining was the large selection of candy; ranging from novelty, high end, retro and hard to find. I walked out with some Bob Ross Happy Little Tree Mints and beer flavored Jelly-Bellys for a gift. Tons of ideas for unique birthday or stocking stuffer type items when the time comes. Who doesn't need some Dr. Pepper Cotton Candy, a 5 lb. gummy bear or insect candies? Midtown Market should have a bright future with it's clean and diverse selection to serve the area, especially with the streetcar expansion and a stop with-in a block. read more

So many of my coworkers and I have been waiting for the market to open! It's so exciting to have a quick spot for most grocery necessities, or a quick bite to eat. I can easily see myself grabbing more coffee and snacks for my office here (or a bottle of wine on the way home! They have a nice selection of alcohol). They cater to a variety of uncommon needs: think a wall of unique soda bottles, a ton of different Pocky flavors, etc. From our short trip, it seems everything is well priced. What's also really cool about the market, are the almost cafeteria like stops on either side near the front of the store. LC's in one side has a great burger and well-seasoned fries, along with catfish, chicken patties, and nuggets. On the other side is a counter to order juice, smoothies, and even elotes! Again, what a great, much needed, little spot to have in this part of town! Edited to add a day later, as now I've checked out Zero, the juice/smoothie bar. I got a large Apple Greens smoothie for $6.99 and it was fantastic, not overly sweet, and very filling. I also had to try the elotes, which were some of the best I've had. For $2.99 I got a styrofoam cup jammed full of corn, plenty of mayo and cotija, with some tajin sprinkled on top. Love having a quick spot of lunch nearby without having to tip or pay service charges for delivery! read more

I was very happy when this place opened. My GF and I are vegan & they have a couple of plant-based options, but it's very basic. When they first opened politely inquired about the chance of them stocking more and they were very cordial and told me they would have much more in soon. Flash forward a few months, and that never happened. But, "no worries" I thought to myself, at least they have some staples. I went in to purchase a few of the afore mentioned staples a few weeks ago and was approached by one of their younger male employees who was wearing a TRUMP 2020 mask (this was the beginning of February...2021). I asked one of the owners if he thought it was appropriate that he allow his employees to wear such an obviously instigative mask and he told me that he too is a Trump supporter. I politely told him that I don't give my business to places that support someone who is a racist, anti-woman, homophobe, delusional narcissist, but everyone is entitled to their opinion. He told me that I'll "see a bad change" now that Trump is no longer in office. I informed him that I would no longer be shopping there and he tried to backpedal. Long story short... I don't give money to Trump supporters and will not be shopping here again. read more
