They went over the details VERY quickly. I had to go to Norman (a four hour trip to and fro) for my other appointments. They rush over the details. The two dietitians and the psychiatrist were very good. However their scheduling people are rude. The receptionists are always on the phone, the reception area looks like a classroom, there is no water, wifi was not there and I waited for 45 minutes each time. The final straw was when I went to a 930 appt ( that I was told the time for AND received an email affirming the time)and they told me that it was at 900 and I would have to again go to Norman. The Rastafarian tech was so rude about THEIR mistake. I called the office manager and then Dr Keith himself. He was so RUDE AND CONDESCENDING that there was no way I would EVER let that man anywhere near me, much less operate on me! Lesson learned. Always interview a doctor before anything else!

My chiropractor is great at readjustments but I am usually left with sore/ tight muscles as a result. The research I found indicated stretching could help. The therapist (Gina) made me feel very comfortable during my session. The isolated stretching was amazing! I could literally feel the muscles release tension from my neck. Three Christmas' ago my teenage son (at the time) got me a gift card from here. He worked and saved up for the gift. It wasn't a lot to the everyday person but to his momma & him it was of great sentimental value. He specifically asked if it ever expired bc he knew my health was at a low that year. They promised it never expired. I even called & asked after it was given to me for Christmas. Fast forward to last week. I have recently also moved but was back in Norman visiting & decided that since my health was better I would go use the gift card for Botox again. The worker that was there claimed that it had been four years & that gift cards expire after a year. I questioned it & she said she would reach out to the owner Ashley (which is who used to do most of my services). I was told that they would not be honoring the gift card. The card clearly says that there's no expiration date on the back. The face value is not that much to the everyday person but to me, they devalued a gift from my son. It's very unprofessional & illegal. Federal law says gift cards have to be honored for five years unless clearly marked.
