Joshua contacted me within two hours of my call to the warranty company and asked if they could come out the same day! I couldn't relieve it. Normally you have to wait 24-48 hours to get a call back. The guys called to ask if they could come earlier as they were running ahead of schedule. I said yes and they got here exactly when they said they would. They spent 20 minutes diagnosing and fixing the problem and another ten o make sure the problem as resolved. Both Joshua and Jessie were personable, professional and genuinely nice and honest guys. I strongly recommend them based on the great work they did for us. Because it was a home warranty call the price was fixed so I can't speak to their costs , however, to tell you what kind of guys they are. I inadvertently gave the twenty dollars more than the cost. Joshua immediately told me I gave him too much. I told him to keep it and use it for dinner.

Justin is extremely friendly and does a great job, while also not price gouging. They installed a new mini split unit for us that works perfectly. They've also done repairs on our old duct work, while another company originally came in and tried to fear monger us into buying $10k worth of all new HVAC duct work! That company came and said it couldn't be patched, and then Justin came and patched it no problem. Be careful when dealing with contractors, as there are many who are deceitful and shady. I appreciate the honesty from Maurice's, and they will show up on short notice to get you out of a bind as well. Definitely deserving of 5 stars in my book.

He ordered parts and was back 2 days later to fix our problem. Unfortunately, we had more than one problem so if he had to order more parts to get it all fixed. Maurice was honest with me and didn't try to give me the run around and he was fair. If we have issues again I will definitely call him to see if we can sort them out.
