He was very responsive to messages…read more After arriving on time, he kept me informed every step of the way from the beginning of taking the dryer apart with common reasons these things happen to quickly finding the problem (burnt wire), repairing the wire, and cleaning out the lint. I was honestly expecting to have to order a part, but it wasn't necessary. I thought there might be a charge for new wire, but he was able to use what was left. He took the time to make sure the dryer heated properly informing me of what normal dryer temps are. He even made sure the timer worked properly (it stopped working when the dryer stopped getting hot) AND took the time to tell me to only turn the knob clockwise (guilty...I only use 1 dryer setting so when it's done, I usually turn it counter clockwise to start again).
