After reviewing my feedback, the manager from CLT Appliance reached out to discuss my concerns. I appreciate that the company took the time to listen and address the situation rather than dismissing my feedback. But I told him how it happened and how it was acting, and he told me it was probably just a belt and that he'd be happy to fix it, but that I could probably do it myself. He was right and I did.
