After being treated the way we were today, we will NEVER step foot in that store again. We will drive two hours to Anchorage where they go out of their way to be helpful. Do yourselves a favor...go elsewhere for your parts and avoid being treated like sh*t like we were today.

The owner brought out some lubricant, sprayed the coupler, and it opened easily. He could have gouged me by selling me a new coupler, but instead, sprayed it for free. He did, however, suggest that I purchase a can of lubricant, which I did. The owner and his son were super friendly, honest, and took care of my issue. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRONTIER TRAILER!

I attended a wedding and reception at Diamond M Ranch recently. It was held in the barn, and we did…read morenot see the lodging so I can't comment on that, and I don't know what Diamond M did besides provide the space, because tables, chairs, flowers, food, and port-a-potties were brought from other places. That being said, it seemed odd that food can be served in a place where there was no running water and within 10 yards of a pig pen and Port-a-potties. Cow patties surrounded the pig pen. The barn had a large curtain around the room which hid real barn stuff like tools and oil cans.

It's blowing cold air, had been blowing warm air when we crossed the Yukon Territory. After trying (and failing) to sort the issue, started calling around to RV service places. They all gave the same scripted answer about checking the propane, even after I'd told them we were plugged in and not running propane. Mike was the first one to actually listen and try to talk me through other possible generic fixes. He finally hit on it when he asked for the make and model of the unit to research any specific issues - turns out it's just an A/C unit and not a heat pump as I assumed. Thinking back to our trek across the Yukon, we didn't use the rear thermostat to set anything so it was just the front heat pump unit working. I kinda felt dumb but I'm so glad and thankful that Mike took the time to listen and work with me. Mike's Mobile RV Services is definitely on speed dial and has a loyal customer, should anything actually go wrong that we can't handle ourselves.

They took forever to come and…read morepick up my truck when they hooked it up they wanted to tow it to his shop and keep it over the weekend because my mechanics shop was not plowed yet. He only has a 2 Wheel drive truck and said he doesn't wanna have to use his chains. And he would charge me for using them. I argued with him and they said good luck finding someone to work on your truck or towing it on a holiday weekend. I said I found someone else that is willing. He was being unreasonable because he didn't want to use his chains. Not my fault you have a truck that isn't Equipped. I kept asking him to unhook my truck and he refused. Saying he's not leaving without getting paid. Well I finally convinced him to take it to my mechanics. He was rude and complained the public in Kenai. I did find out towing companies do charge you to store your vehicle at their place. I have a feeling that's why he was going to have it at his place. Needless to say I will not use this again and I really don't feel it's legal for them to not unhook your truck when you ask him to. I was being polite and trying to be reasonable and they were just being rude and unreasonable. Don't use these guys. He did call me after he dropped off my truck to say he did. That was nice.
