When Service finally gets back to me, to book an appointment they make an excuse that it's their new phone system. It can't be their new phone system for the past two years! It has to be under staffed, laziness or something else! I think the owners of Don Johnson have no clue how mismanaged this service department is or they would solve this issue immediately.
