This review is specifically for Chelsea, she was amazing! We were in town for a funeral service and we had to book our car rental at the last minute... back in November 2024. She was able to get a car that fit my family comfortably and within a reasonable timeframe...all with a smile on her face! It was a great car and a reasonable price. My bumper was cracked in two places near the trunk. He said he would contact me later with more accurate pricing and as I waited for him, I checked a few other places online nothing that stood out to me. Claudio contacted me back within 30 minutes and gave me the pricing options and I decided to take my car to Diego's Auto Body, the price was fair and he gave me a really good honest vibe. Dropped off my car and a couple of days later he said he was ahead of schedule and my car was ready. My car was parked in front looking just like new, I am so happy with the results and the workmanship Claudio put into the replacement bumper and paint repairs on my doors. Claudio is honest and very hard working, I also like that he is in my neighborhood and it makes me feel good to support local business, especially during these unprecedented times. The air conditioning in the main compartment of the van didnt get up into the pop top and it was too hot to sleep there. We had to share the one bed and it was cramped and difficult, as my partner has Parkinson's, so it made the symptoms worse. We were not given shower curtains for taking outdoor showers, nor a shower curtain for the indoor bath. We had to borrow the use of someone else's outdoor shower. The kitchen area was stocked with leftover items from previous renters, but the cabinet underneath the sink was filthy. The vehicle ran well and was easy to maneuver. The electrical hookup was easy. They threw in camp chairs and table for free.

Then someone had to drive from their corporate office to check out the u haul. The current employee didn't have the authority to rent it out. So the person didn't get there till 10:30 and then re wrote the whole order that I had already placed online. I ended up being there till 10:50. So much for a 10:00 pickup.
