I told him that it was an emergency and I needed to leave town ASAP. I had to call him several times and they finally arrived almost an hour later. I told him what I did, I locked the lock on the door knob and they keys were in my purse. He then proceeded to drill out the deadbolt. If I had been able to lock the deadbolt, I would have had my keys. He had to replace the door knob lock. I did not have time to wait for him to go back to his shop to get a deadbolt. He did not offer to pay for his mistake. I ended up have to replace both locks due to his not listening. Not impressed. I had used him before. He is very gruff!

He informed me he had to leave another customer hanging in order to come take care of me. The second he walked in our home, he promised to get his manager to cut us a deal. An hour and $700 for two residential locks later, he left without getting us a deal and grossly overcharging us. We expected a deadbolt and door handle combo for two doors. He charged us $125 each for two deadbolts and two handles and never explained this until after the job was done. I could have gone to Home Depot, purchased the locks and YouTube Tubed this whole thing for $200. We definitely got taken!
