Because the tag was off in the bag and said the shirt smelled bad. As I didn't wear the shirt and had only been in the bag I don't know how it smelled. The assistant manager was rude to the wife on top of everything else .it has been the only western shop we have shopped at, that will be the last time 60 dollar shirt is up for sale I guess. Sales person did not inform me that the warrantee had passed , he went on to take the back off the watch to replace the battery. After stepping out of the store and returning he claimed he didn't have the proper battery and had to get one. While trying to re-install the back on the watch he claimed he was having trouble and could send it to the shop for proper repair. The battery cost was $21.99, which I paid so it could be repaired. The watch is not an expensive one but my daughter gave it to me on Father's Day and is more important than the original cost. After this, I will not go to the above store again. So the next day I get an E-Mail from Sears that my mower is ready to pick up. I get off work, borrow a trailer from my brother, air up the tire that leaks, head to Sears and lo and behold, no mower, well they do have one, but it has a dent in the fender and messed up plastic molding. So the warehouse sends me to talk with a manager at the main store. After much typing and complaining about how much she hates online orders, she issues me a refund, asks if I would like to reorder and she can have one here in four more days. I think no, not going thru this again, and pass. Maybe this time I will learn to pass on Sears before I even try to shop there.
