Last time I came in 6 months prior my teeth were fine. Rather then getting my cleaning I was given a $1300 2 treatment estimate. Now for Periodontal its not just this expensive 2 session treatment but it changes your dental health for the rest of your life and you have to get 4 cleanings a year forever after. I went to my old family dentist in the suburbs and within about 2 minutes they could tell my teeth were healthy and I do not have any issues. This was then confirmed after a full inspection, new xrays ect. Speaking on X rays they said they had a very hard time getting them from Floss and Co and they were not responsive. I later got a text urging me to set up my appointment as it is URGENT! Despite having conversations at the time that I could not afford the treatment. Thank goodness I got a second opinion. BEWARE go somewhere else.

I purchased a "couple's session" for my teenage son and I and we were placed in separate rooms. My son had some discomfort and chose to not finish his full session and she had the nerve to be offended he wanted to stop the procedure and even said to me that "I put it in his head it would hurt" and that's why he stopped. So unprofessional! The building the clinic was in is run down and creepy, no security was present and the shared restrooms were filthy. My gums were so burned and swollen for over 8 hours after my whitening, I'm not so sure that is normal. Never again!!

I don't know about you, but most of my experiences at the dental office have been unpleasant. More often than not, I have felt like just another person that fills a chair with no real personal care or plan. Once I saw the great reviews for here- I booked an appointment. That was almost 4 years ago, and I haven't gone anywhere since! My very first appointment here was probably the best one I've ever had at a dentist. I had just came from a dental office where I went with a problem of bleeding gums and all I was told was that there was a mouthwash I would have to use to correct the problem.... Pretty much forever lol and then sent right out the door. It went the complete opposite here though. I first met Dr Diana Barzano and she got me right together......she was so sweet that she gave me her cell phone number in case I had any questions or issues with my mouth after she got done working on me; I had a lot of issues going on. Despite what I had going on she made me feel super safe and actually cared for. Everyone in the office is an absolute sweetheart and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Val is another one of my favorites. I started taking my young son there and he loves her too. Although he is only nine, she and everyone else is very hands-on with dealing with him, especially since he can be pretty nervous in the office. I am so glad that I found them and don't plan on going anywhere else.

Many were more worried about their payment than my teeth. Not Dr. Tisoncik! He is the best. I had a loose tooth that other dentist wanted to let fall out. He was able to attach the tooth to the teeth on either side and enabled me to improve my dental regime and save that tooth. Now I go for twice a year cleanings and check ups with no fear. If you have had a bad experience i strongly urge you to give Dr. Tisoncik a try. You will not be disappointed.

Even though the office was clearly busy, I never once felt rushed or like just another patient on a list. The entire team was incredibly attentive and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable and okay. I ended up needing a crown, and they handled everything right then and there, no temporary fix, no waiting weeks for a crown. The fact that they were able to complete the entire procedure on the spot was impressive on its own, but what stood out even more was the quality of the work and the care behind it. Jackie and Dr. Rob were exceptional. They walked me through everything, made sure I felt at ease, and checked in constantly throughout the process.
