When I signed up, I was only told that I would be paying a certain amount each month and that I could cancel at any time. At no point did anyone explain that I was being placed on a 4-month promotional rate or that my monthly payment would dramatically increase once that promotion ended. If I had been given that information upfront, I would have made a different decision. Instead, I was blindsided by a huge price increase with no warning. It's unacceptable for a company to leave out important details like this when signing up customers. I contacted customer service expecting them to help resolve the issue, but they were unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed no concern for the fact that I had never been properly informed. This experience felt dishonest and misleading. I will not be doing business with this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Be sure to read every detail yourself because they may not tell you everything before you sign up.

They required insurance(which in fine print, discloses that they are recipients of an, undisclosed, portion). On the day I moved in, they tried to hang an extra fee on me. When I (slowly) read the pertinent part of the contract to them, they rescinded the penalty fee. I never trusted them after that, and felt that I needed to double-check, each month, that they had received the payment. RATS! The other reviewer was right. I finally had to start setting traps in the unit. Got FIVE of the buggers, but it meant that I was checking on the unit every couple of days. I was really happy to move out. I now have my stuff in two storage places where they smile and say 'Hi Rick'.
