I wanted to write this review about the storage place that we have had our belongings stored in. I cannot begin to tell you how great they have been to us. All of the office staff especially Kayla are excellent. The past year was very tough with a family member having to go back and forth to cancer treatments in San Francisco to losing them and laying them to rest in November. Needless to say it was tough keeping up each month remembering to make the payments. They were so kind and so helpful to us during this difficult time in our lives. Losing a child/adult was the hardest ever, but I could always count on them to being kind to us and not making us feel less then. We are also, unbelievably happy and impressed in how they keep everything there so clean. The storage unit is never too hot or too cold inside, so we know that our personal belongings will never be damaged. The ease of being able to make payments on line is great. WHERE IS PROOF OF STORED FOOD? SECURITY PUBLIC STORAGE DAMAGED MY POSSESSIONS. SECURITY PUBLIC STORAGE GAVE UNLAWFUL ACCESS TO THE ANTI DEFAMATION LEAGUE TO GO IN ON THIS RAT FESTIVAL AND SEIZE BINS OF DOCUMENTS. I This Storage Facility was over run by rats. My storage unit was infested with rat feces and Iurine. Upon moving my son's face was swollen his eyes turned blood shot red. I had dead mice in my pants and other containers. Security Public Storage @ Monte Vista arbitrarily cut off the lock moved my personal possession all the way to the back wall without allowing my presence. Documents were taken items were just thrown in BUT nothing was done to elevate the RAT PROBLEM. Brand NEW Mattresses Box springs eat up. Books eat up paper chewed up by rats. Management is absolutely horrible. The Storage looks newly clean but horribly RAT INFESTED. read more

We called a few storage companies and this one was the least expensive and the most friendly and helpful. The facility looks new or at least very well maintained. The paperwork was a quick and efficient process. The unit itself was clean and well spaced apart. It has a separate sprinkle overhead (we were told they are all independent for each unit so if the unit two doors down catches on fire it will not automatically wet the contents of our unit unless the fire comes to our unit...good info to know and well thought out to save tenants from property damages). This was our first time using a storage facility and Security Public Storage on E Month Vista was truly the BEST. They were friendly, helpful, communicative, and flexible. They made our crazy PCS easier and less stress and were able to help us save a little money using their moving truck to drive up and down the isle loading our stuff too. We rented a 10 by 10 space here for about three months as we we selling our house. When Kayla took over with the new management in April-May, she was extremely helpful and great to work with. The facility is brand new and clean. The security system is state of the art. I had no worries about having my stuff in storage here. As we checked out since the house sold, Kayla was a champ. I rented a unit here for my father moving to Vacaville from Southern California. He was able to discuss with the ladies in the office over the phone what his needs would be and I was able to go into the office to complete the paperwork... they made it that easy for us. The property is new, clean, and very well maintained. We were given a code for the gate & have never had any issues. Turns out I would need a unit for myself a few months later & the experience was just as great. Would highly recommend!! read more

Security Public Storage staff has provided beyond Excellence customer service they've been very accommodating. The young ladies at the Vacaville location off of East Monte Vista have been great! Not only does my company providing monthly discount but the young ladies in the office made me aware of a discount benefit that I wasn't even privy to. They also have a U-Haul truck that is rentable on a daily basis for only $15 and it includes two dollies at no additional charge. read more

Great experience for 18 months with multiple different size units! The manager and staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. SPS is easy access from freeway or E.Monte Vista, so no traffic jam to get to it even on weekends!
