I stored my trailer at this facility for a few months. The only reason I gave them 2 stars and not 1 star is because the facility is safe and has a dump station for septic. They are over priced with limited access hours. They will not refund or pro-rate when you vacate your spot (a few days after you paid for the month). No willingness to work with clients if they mess up and charge you a late fee. I do not recommend this storage for trailers unless you are in a bind. read more

Have stored my motor home here for over ten years. All staff have been great to work with. I can feel my motor home is safely stored and they monitor 24 hours. A plus on keeping area clean and well lit. They keep up on making sure all units are registered and they have the information they require. Highly recommend renting from them. All storage businesses have raised their prices and all seem tremendously ridiculously high but if we want to have our toys to play with we pay the price. I believe I get m money's worth at Airport because I park my unit, go home and don't worry ever about any harm coming to my motor home. read more

Always know that my properties are safe because of the managers (Gina) meticulous monitoring of the compound. She's always friendly and genuinely kind, but also a straight shooter. My husband and I used this facility for over 3 years since moving to Vacaville just before the pandemic closed everything down. We had never been late on rental fees. Paid on time for over 3 years. Due to the Pandemic we didn't have a need to travel and only actually took it out once in 3 years to insure it was up to date with fluids cleaning and regular maintenance. Yes we visited it to insure everything was all good. We never complained or questioned the rules of the contract. While we believed we were in a good secure facility this January,2023 our 30' RV was stolen right out of the facility. My husband went to go check on it as we were preparing for a trip to Spring training since the lift of the Pandemic. I get a call from him in hysterics saying, "It's Gone!". WHAT? Our RV was stolen from behind a so called secured, Video monitored, Security on site facility. When he went to the office the lady at the office tells him "Well I don't know how that happened and I thought you may have taken it out but I wasn't sure so I didn't say anything because I noticed it gone a couple of days ago. It kinda made me think because you haven't been around for a while, but I got busy because I went to see my grandkids." WHAT? My husband immediately calls the police (awesome officer) responded on site asks to see the surveillance footage and all of a sudden, she states, "Well the cameras aren't working and have been down for a few days and are being worked on now..." Officer questions this then asks for security log off people coming in and out for the last 2 weeks. Response from her "Well the security gate is being worked on and I'm not sure if I can look up who came in or out..." Officer tells my husband something doesn't seem right but continues to help him fill out the report. Police recovered the RV (which is totaled) less than a day later. Now we are still dealing with the loss and insurance company since that day. These people were NO HELP and SHADY on top of that. They had the nerve to call a day later to ask for payment on our previously occupied spot and when I refused to pay for another month she indicated that per the contract we are supposed to give them 30 day notice. UNBELIEVABLE! I Told her when she comes up with the video and security logs I will come up with her 30 day notice. I would love to see you take me to court! Never will use this place again and don't recommend the facility to anyone! STILL IN DISBELIEF!! read more

I have being a customer of this facility for over 10 years, they run a very good operation, they keep the place clean and well lit, you fell welcome and safe when you are there even in the middle of the dark winter evenings. I would like to also mention that the management is great specially Gina Mills, she is always happy to see you and ready to help you. Great place to use for your storage needs! Extremely clean and the parking stalls for boats, Rv's and campers are all great sizes with plenty of room to make your turns. The owner is an extremely nice lady. I wasn't sure if I could fit my boat in my RV access so I called to see if they had any spot available. She told me they had one spot and she would reserve it for now. With my work schedule I wasn't able to make it until late the next day and she still held it for me. Gina and her staff was awesome. Price was very reasonable for storing my RV and facilities were clean, secure, and with dump station included. Never had an issue. I highly recommend. As for the guy negative review regarding gate hours l, they can temporarily extend hours until 9pm if needed. I understand why it's not available 24/7, you don't want people in there in the middle of the night. Also someone lives on premises with cameras which is nice. read more

I rented here for 4 years while I was in the bay area. I really liked the convenient location between the bay and Lake Berryessa. I often went up and worked on my boat in the off season. They have a hose and an electrical outlet that you are free to use. The best part of this place though was the woman who worked the front desk, Gina. Gina was absolutely amazing - always warm, welcoming, and willing to help. I had a problem with my gate code one evening after hours and Gina came over AFTER HER SHIFT and let me in. i would rate a zero if i could. airport storage are a bunch of theives. at least in 2015-2016, if not theives they are idiots. they let someone take off with my recently deceased parents trailer, then lied when questioned as to where the video was , because yes, my parents paid extra for a spot with cameras because they as a small incident a few months prior. when questioned by the vpd they lied and said they couldn't find the video, who knows maybe they are in on it together. read more

Worst gate hours in town have had storage unit and trailer stored here for years they changed the gate hours. Looking for new trailer storage. Huge mistake with all the new storage facilities going in just down the street. Don't store here if you work a day job gates close at 630 and don't reopen again until 830 in the morning. This is the most shady place I have ever had the displeasure of doing business. My parents stored their trailer there. Both passed away mom 2014 dad 2015. When my brothers went to get it they were told I took it. Total BULLSHIT. They had something to do with the disappearance of the trailer. Yo add insult to injury I pd all the back rent march 2015-October 2015, my brother got a bill in dec 2015 and paid the same months. I just found this out so now I'm going down there to figure out where the trailer went and to get a refund. Shady and scanless. read more

We have had our things in storage since July 2016 because we moved from SF. When we unloaded our storage yesterday it was infested with mice... I mean we had to throw away thousands and thousands worth of furniture because of damage due to the mice chewing through everything, urine soaked and poop everywhere. We had to dump our expensive rugs, couches, all of our mattresses and bed frames, clothes etc. So when we had the lady working come take a look a look she said she had never seen anything like that before. So our movers from start to finish had around 40 mice jumping out of our things. It was so disgusting and I was appalled that no rat traps were even near our storage considering the Buckhorn storage was next door. Then I go to talk to the lady and she proceeds to tell me there is nothing they can do. No compensation, no back pay on our wasted almost 500$ a month we had been paying, basically for nothing. So now I will be using word of mouth to warn everyone not to use them and thank goodness I have a huge family so we can spread the word... read more
