Customer BEWARE: this business (represented by the owner) first tried to tell me that I needed a…read morenew transmission. I had just left the Ford dealership where they warned me that a shiesty person would try to convince me of that and told me exactly what to ask for. So I declined but as a full time student agreed to them fixing what I knew was wrong because they were cheaper than the dealership. That was my first mistake. 2) TAKE PICTURES of how you leave your vehicle. They broke my windshield and refused to take accountability. Even though I have documentation that shows my car had zero cosmetic defects from Ford about 15 minutes prior to dropping my vehicle because I had driven straight there. They said they don't take notes on if there is damage on a car but that gives them plausible deniability for anything that happens while they have it. I've filed a complaint with the BBB but wanted to warn people. Also, don't trust a quote. He told me $1500-2000 and then charged me almost $3000. A verrrrryyyyy POOR experience overall.
