I had just left the Ford dealership where they warned me that a shiesty person would try to convince me of that and told me exactly what to ask for. So I declined but as a full time student agreed to them fixing what I knew was wrong because they were cheaper than the dealership. That was my first mistake. 2) TAKE PICTURES of how you leave your vehicle. They broke my windshield and refused to take accountability. Even though I have documentation that shows my car had zero cosmetic defects from Ford about 15 minutes prior to dropping my vehicle because I had driven straight there. They said they don't take notes on if there is damage on a car but that gives them plausible deniability for anything that happens while they have it. I dropped off my Chevy equinox the last week of December 2024 to be repaired for collision and…read morepaint. The owner Kouder Abbass charged me a total of $3800. He stated that he would fix the car and have it painted. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Please don't deal with this dishonest man, as now I have to file a police report and sue him.
