When my husband finally threw in the towel on trying to replace my Subaru's struts at midnight, leaving the wheel off and me without a ride to work, I knew we had a rare emergency on our hands. Thankfully, George answered my call right away this morning to help soothe my anxiety and assure me the problem could be remedied. Although we were not able to use the tow service he offered because the tow company wasn't able to tow a vehicle with only three wheels, George told me that he would fix the car if anyone could bring it in, even if they couldn't roll it into the garage. Fortunately, the tow company near our house (U-Win) was able to get the car from our garage into George's without a problem. George was quick to get my consent, send me an estimate of both cost and time, and was able to stick to both. Further, the cost was far more reasonable than I expected. My car is in perfect condition and now I'm sitting at Belle Tire while they align the wheels, at George's suggestion.
