When I finally returned after nearly two years, AJ was clearly embarrassed--he admitted he hadn't touched the PS4. The lack of professionalism, follow-through, and care for a customer was shocking. I gave them multiple chances considering I wanted to support a young entrepreneur, and they let me down every time. I can't recommend this store at all--just unacceptably poor service.

The right speaker was popping After I brought the stereo receiver home these are some of the problems I found. . the FM radio signal appears to be working . am/fm signal strength light is burned out or not working . right audio speaker doesn't work anymore . I switched the left and right wires to see if the right would work. The result was the audio still came out of the left speaker and when I turned the balance knob to the left it went silent I turned the balance knob to the right and there was audio . CD player is plugged into "Tape 1" tape 1 button - only noise comes out of the speaker. should be playing the CD tape 2 button - only noise comes out of the speaker. should be silent since nothing is plugged in phono button - plays the CD with static and scratchy. should be silent since nothing is plugged in The tech who worked on the unit is in incompetent. I asked for a refund. Deltronics responed that I should bring the unit back so they can correct the issues. That comment is laughable. I took the unit to a different vendor who was able to correct all issues except the fm preset. The unit is old and the part isn't manufactured anymore.
