I went to the Animal Control Office attached to the hospital to obtain licenses 2x for my dogs. The office staff is friendly and helpful.

The mats had become so tight that they were pulling at his skin and causing real discomfort. Catherine at Paws Required Grooming Salon was an absolute angel. She approached Rocky with patience, gentleness, and deep understanding. Even with some growling and kicking (understandably!), she was able to safely and skillfully remove the most painful mats. What stood out just as much was her kindness and willingness to educate us throughout the process. You can truly feel the care and experience here. They also offer the TheraClean treatment, which is a huge bonus for pets needing extra skin and coat support. We're beyond grateful and would recommend them to anyone--especially if your pet needs extra compassion and expert care.

The front desk staff member, Renee, is unpleasant and often makes rude comments. (I have previously overlooked her comments). There are also frequent extra fees or price increases, which are usually not conveyed pleasantly or professionally. The final straw was overhearing the groomer complain to a coworker that she "hates those F***ing dogs," referring to doodles, because they take so long, but at least she can charge extra for matting. (I do not have a doodle). She did not realize I was still there. This kind of unprofessional behavior toward clients and their pets is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Bad experience here. Can NOT recommend this Hospital to anyone who cares for their animals and…read morewants a good service. Receptionist Cristina has an awful attitude, she's not efficient and creates unnecessary situations. She's at the wrong job. I went to this place twice. Should had never given them a second chance. My first experience there wasn't too good either. They're more expensive than others and have no empathy with dog or owner. Having to deal with an unprofessional Manager, Lisa, was the cherry on top. She yelled at me even after I asked her to lower her voice twice. I was transferred to her by Cristina without even asking to speak to her. I was just calling for an update on the status of my dog as to when he was going to be released. This was my 3rd call trying to find out that simple information. Lisa just had to ask me how she could help me. Instead she went by what Cristina said to her and started yelling at me without even hearing my side...BIG MISTAKE for someone called a Manager. The technician who was to call me with updates happens to be Lisa's son. Quite unethical of her to yell at me for calling for an update her son had not given me as he had stated he was going to do 8hrs prior when I left my dog with him. This lady badly needs a Customer Service 101 refresher course. I was a paying customer and deserved to be treated with RESPECT. A good Manager APOLOGIZES for the delay and tries to solve the issue right way. She escalated a simple phone call unnecessarily. A good Manager would make sure all the patients are well taken care of. Can't emphasize RESPECT enough.
