As soon as we drove up, though, he and the other mechanic came right out to get a look at my truck. Before I knew it, they figured out what the problem was (tensioner pulley had sheared off), had a new one delivered, replaced it, and I was good to go. $87. Half an hour. Dennis is a lifesaver!! So is the other mechanic but I didn't get his name. If I lived in this area, he would definitely be my mechanic.

Hoffman worked on a 2015 Chevy Cruze with oil leak. Claimed replace the following: Valve cover and…read moregasket, timing cover gasket, oil filter gasket, oil pan gasket, serpentine belt. $1500. Still leaked, turns out they never did the oil pan. Took back and fixed. Butch claimed his new guy worked on it. I had to take photos to prove the catalytic converter was not removed, (which has to for pan seal). Less than 3000 miles later everything leaking again. Took to another shop to check. They found bolts loose and missing from water pump and timing cover. Bolts loose on timing chain guide, so cover was rubbing from incorrect install of timing chain. Very unsafe as at any minute could have catastrophic failure. All damage was a result of poor workmanship. New repairs cost $2900. I would NEVER take a car here. As nice as guy Butch may be, there quality is terrible.

I got the car back and at the time we had snow so once I finally was able to drive it, it seemed to have a ruff idle so I called back and explained I hadn't taken the car out in like a week due to the snow and taking care of my mom on hospice so Gerry said just drop it back off so I did. He was able to find a small vacuum leak and repaired it free of charge. He knew I had just brought it home the week prior and he couldn't have been any nicer about everything. I've had my car back now for a week or two and it's been doing great, no issues whatever, and honestly you can't even hear it run when it's running. I highly recommend using Counts, they did a fantastic job on my Lincoln, and through all of this they were down a couple technician's so I really do appreciate all they did for me. Thank you!
