When I arrived to pick up the bike it was laying on it's right side in the gravel parking lot, where they had dumped it the night before. "Well, the sidestand must be ripped off" I say. Nope. I stood it up, leaned it on the sidestand, and saw the damaged exhaust, clutch cover, and bodywork - all from the bike being flopped on it's side in gravel. "We drug it. It's stuck in gear." "Click, click, click." It shifted into neutral fine and I rolled it to my trailer. What wasn't damaged in the accident was finished off by the "professionals" who towed it. What would have been a big - but repairable - insurance claim became a total loss after the thousands of dollars worth of damage done by these unprofessional troglodytes. Boo.
