The tire b would lose air VERY slowly in commuting status, maybe a few pounds per week. However, on longer trips inbound lose 2 to 3 pounds an hour. The tech at Reichers had suspicion on the case, confirmed it and resolved it within a few hours. Turns out it was an installation issue common with Goodyear tires having a paper become right on the bead and the installer not removing it during the installation. Fe people would know this but Reichers was.

Never heard from him but we stopped anyway - bad move on our part 2 hours later - to be told Josh, was as lunch .They had to wait to hear from unavailable "Josh". We left. Left a couple wrinkles in it from my back. A local company wanted over $1,300 to fix it. Called "Magic Man" (Washington Dent Company), he had me send him a quick video of the damaged area, gave me a quote right away. Couple days later, I dropped it off, and picked it up a couple days later. Good as new! Saved me a thousand dollars! I drove 1.5 hours each way but it was worth it!

After I pushed back and questioned it, I was met with attitude instead of helpful customer service. Then suddenly they were able to source the same part locally for much cheaper, which makes me question whether they even tried in the first place. On top of that, they added a diagnostic fee that was never discussed or authorized beforehand. There was nothing that actually needed diagnosing either, the issue was stated and obvious.  I understand shops need to make money and labor isn't free, but transparency and honesty matter, especially in a small town. The whole interaction was dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. To top it all off, as the conversation was ending, the female co-owner made a chirpy comment implying that they didn't have to honor a military discount anyway before storming off. Regardless of policy, the attitude and lack of professionalism throughout the experience were very disappointing.

It's been a few days since I took my truck there for exhaust repair. And I am still very upset at…read morethe guy who drove it from the parking lot into the shop bay. He put it in reverse and backed up with the Emergency brake engaged. The truck wouldn't move because the Emergency brake was engaged. So he just kept giving it more and more gas pedal. I heard the engine revved up to over half throttle and I yelled at him "the Emergency brake is set". The vehicle has a V8 with 360 HP, it will move at an idle. Also it will sound an alarm and post a notice on the instrument panel when you have it in gear with the Emergency brake engage!. I bought the truck new and have owned the truck for 14 years and I have never been near that hard on it. I can Not afford to have the drive train rebuilt. And I definitely do not want to buy another truck. It is unbelievable anybody could be this stupid and it is totally unacceptable. And he acted like it was nothing to be upset about. The thought of him being so disrespectful to me and my truck makes me angry I will admit.

He didn't mind my service dog in tow either, which I am grateful when people are understanding about him being somewhat still in training. My van was washed after repairs, which was a nice surprise and I really appreciated. The cost estimate was fair and reasonable. Overall, I am just happy to have found a body shop that is run by a good, Christian family who will not take advantage of single ladies overcharging us.
