I took my fiancée here for a filling, which fell out within a week. They put in another filling and it still isn't right. I immediately wanted to walk out. The place is filthy, looks like a third world office that has never been cleaned. Shoddy cabinets with doors half hanging. I can't believe the health department hasn't shut them down. She had a partial made, which didn't fit and was painful. Good luck getting it fixed if you have an issue. They obviously don't book appointments, it's first come, maybe first served. We sat there for 2 hours waiting to pick up her partial. We are done with this hole in the wall. I would give it negative 10 stars if that were an option. read more

Don't go here for dentures.they give you big old horse teeth and keep giving them back to me and not fixing a thing.i gave them so many chances. So...do not go here for dentures unfortunately I have them a second Chance and my son went there and they made his teeth horribly too!!!. Boy,,did I feel stupid .screw me once,but twice? The man who answer the phone with broken English is very rude and unprofessional. Over talk you and doesn't like to repeat himself. Was given an appointment by him and the place was closed. I looked at the website before going and I called as well. The agree me up and down , that he didn't give me that date to be service. This place is horrible!!They started a routine canal which got infected,called them and they said go to the er and hung up on me...it's really dirty inside and had I not been in extreme pain I'd have run out of there!!Had to give a staff or there would be ZERO stars!!! read more

I was advised to go to this place, and these people is so unorganized as all crazy. This didn't make no sense that I waited 3 months for them to try and get an approval for my dentures (which they themselves said 24 hrs. and I had to call them back. When I did get back in touch with them, they said that my dentures was approved to come in Saturday, just for them to say that they weren't approved. I give these people 0 0000000stars. Very rude so called professional dentist actually hung up in my face twice. I wasn't at all rude but he was. I believe that he got upset because I only needed his office for a full extraction and not dentures because I already paid cash for ultimate fit snap on dentures elsewhere which really wasn't any of his business. I only needed him for an extraction. Again I never got rude, the first time he hung up in my face I thought it was an accident but clearly it wasn't because he did it again. I wouldn't want anyone that ignorant and mean pulling my teeth anyway. If you let those people in your mouth I pray that you don't say anything that they don't like first. read more

If I could give a negative star I would. I called two days prier to my appointment to be seen. I was told to be there at 9am. I showed up at 845 bc most places want u there 15 mins early to fill out paper work. I get there. And there was one other person ahead of me. So I sign in. Give her my id and insurance card. She gives me the papers to fill out. While I am filling out the papers. The dentist herself was "hanging out" persay with the recetionist. I get called back and that's where it all begins. The room is so dirty. The floor has used gauze on it. The counters are nasty dirty. The cabinets looked like they where picked off the side of the street and hung up. I took my own clorox sanitizer hand wipes and wiped down the chair bc I felt as if it was that gross. . . and I'm not a germaphobic at all. Anyways so I am waiting for 2 hrs. and finally I go out there to ask what is going on. Not only was the lady rude to me. But I noticed that a woman whom was walking in as I was being taken back to my room was already being worked on. I told the last if I'm not seen so Im walking out. Well here comes the dentist 5 mins later after that. She starts to agressivly dig her nails into my gums. and take the tools to the area where I was in so much pain. To where I pulled away. She shows me my xrays and tells me its my wisdoms teeth. And she tells me she isn't going to pull it. She cleans my teeth. and another lady comes in to polish. The whole time she keeps telling me I need to quit being so grumpy. Every time I go to talk she sprays my mouth with water. Finally I sat up and told her I wouldn't be so grumpy is I didn't have to wait over two hrs to be seen. If the dentist didn't put me in more pain that what I already am in. And if u wouldn't keep making ur remarks to me. And she said well what do u expect when u walk in for an appointment?. At this point I'm outraged. . . I told her I made this appointment 2 days ago. And she said oh. Well why didn't u say so. Would have treated u better.... To where I reply back with. I'm sorry what did u just say? And she went to say I again. N I cut her off. and told her they need to treat everyone the same walk in or not. I got fed up took the script that was prescribed to me an left. Unsanitary. They got me my smile back. And now I look like I did when I was a teen. They care more then any I know and I have had a lot of dentists in my life time. Lots of free parking. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. read more

I had an absolutely awful experience. I called to make an appointment as a new patient and they said "can you be here in 30 minutes, we had a cancellation," so I say yes (thinking I got lucky) and show up on time. Realized on the drive there that they never even asked me why I wanted to be seen. I get there and Midwest Dental Center isn't even on the building. The place is dirty and very run down. Receptionist was super nice. Waited for an hour after my appointment time and they finally take me back. Mind you, the hour I waited, I could hear drills and the machines running the whole time. I get in the back and it's dirty, falling apart, and sketchy. They take me for x-rays and put the lead vest on backwards, so it did nothing to protect me. Then I sit and wait. The dentist comes after a few minutes and uses a DRILL to clean my teeth (I don't have bad teeth). It hurt and was so uncomfortable. She then says "ok, no cavities, they'll polish you." I'm 100% positive the person polishing my teeth was not a dental hygienist. She missed half my teeth, sprayed the polish all over the place. Never flossed. Rinsed my mouth by getting a cup from the sink and pouring it waterfall style into my mouth. Everyone touched everything the whole time while wearing their "clean" gloves. I would never ever go back there. Left with my teeth feeling no more clean than when I arrived. 0/10 read more

Was given the number for this office by my insurance hotline because it was the only place where I could be covered that was also accepting new patients at the time. Upon my appointment (2-3 days later...which should have been my first red flag considering I had called around and any reputable office was booking 2-3 *months* out) I very quickly figured out why. This place sucks. The only person employed there who spoke English well enough to actually communicate was the front desk receptionist. Once you get past the lobby area and are led back to your room and dental chair, it will be clear that you have made a terrible mistake. Everything is filthy, dirty and busted-up looking. It's almost as if you walked into the best dental office in a 3rd world country. When I was in my chair and ready, I waited 30-40 minutes for anyone to come into the room. I nearly went back up to the desk to see if they had forgotten about me, but as soon as I stood up, my "dentist" walked in. As I mentioned before, there was a language difference and it was very difficult for us the understand each other. I tried to explain to her my concerns with my teeth, and was hoping to get some insight on the damage they already had from clenching my jaw constantly. I wanted to prevent them from getting worse. Instead, when I pointed out the holes in the points of my molars (both sides, top + bottom), she filled in ONE of the holes with some sort of hardening compound and told me I was good to go. Later on, I spoke about what happened to a family member who has owned his own dental practice for years, and he said that she never should have done that. Hopefully it won't cause more issues for me in the future. You only get one set of teeth, don't risk their health by going to this janky place! Their services were free to me because of my Medicaid, and it still wasn't worth it! read more
