When asked, our very verbal 3 year old told us that no one explained what they were doing and just started putting things in her mouth. When asked if there was anything good about the experience she replied, "watching the movie before they started hurting me." My son isn't nervous or scared, in fact I'm pretty sure he likes going, and that is all due to the wonderful staff. Appointments are always on time and Dr Mensing takes time after each one to personally talk to me about the appointment and answer any questions. I also really like the email confirmations that they send out a day or two in advance - there have been a couple times that I've forgotten to put the appointment on the calendar and I would have missed the appointment otherwise! The building is nice and always really clean. They have a good assortment of children's books and things to keep the kids busy, adult magazines, and a big fish tank in the waiting area. I would definitely recommend this establishment for your children's dental needs!

She managed to throw my whole bite off affecting other teeth. Went it four times to get adjustments made and with each visit i got the same ole excuses. She said it could take up to 10-20 visits/adjustments before my bite would be corrected. I think that is absurd and unprofessional.
