She is hands down the best dermatologist I have ever seen! She's attentive, very knowledgeable (explaining every mole/mark on your body), and takes her time answering any questions you might have (especially regarding concerning spots). I never feel rushed and always leave feeling reassured! For this visit, I was provided some dark spot cream to help treat some dark spots on my face. I was advised that if I didn't see results within a few weeks, that I would be prescribed a stronger topical cream. I called back after a few weeks, was prescribed a new cream, and have seen some good results! Other Notes: - I was provided with a gift bag of sunscreen, body soap/wash, etc. for being a new patient. These weren't travel size - they were full sized bottles! This was greatly appreciated! - The ambiance/decor in the main office is SO cute! I enjoyed the decor, lighting, and music while waiting to be seen! - The parking situation is absolutely horrible (this office is right next to Capital University)! When I called for directions to the office she was blunt, short and very rude. When I got into the office she was just as such upon check in and check out. I work in the medical field and would never speak to my patients in what I experienced. Upon check out I went back up to the window to inquire about a co-pay as none was mentioned at check in. Rhonda proceeded to say, it was 60, but that I was taken back before she could collect. I questioned this and only then was that statement corrected by her co-worker. I was under the impression that insurance verifications were done prior to appointments.
