Then I realize there's a black guy and a bearded guy hiding behind a screen in the corner. The black dude acts annoyed that I disturbed him. It just gets worse from there. This is after some previous unpleasantness. I don't know why I kept coming back- habit, I guess. But no more. To be specific, they returned a chainsaw that was to be sharpened with the chain so tight it couldn't be turned, or started, twice. They were very defensive and downright rude about remedying the situation. This was another guy, I think the owner/manager.

He not only educated me on the process, the preferred fixtures, his Company's pricing and service strategy, but also explained the expected electricity savings. For me, understanding the ROI/pay-back period was a key decision point to go ahead with the project. Chris took a very practical "owner" perspective to the project. I felt like I was working with a partner, not a vendor who was squeezing as much profit out of the project as he could.
