Josh Stancik and Trevor Delk could not have been more conscientious and committed to ensuring my understanding and satisfaction with the installation process. Both were very engaging in my technical, and clueless user, questions. Timing and installation execution information was well communicated. Josh took the time to provide technical explanation of system components. Trevor asked, explained, and confirmed understanding of component location installation to ensure agreement. The technician that came out was knowledgeable. It took him five minutes to diagnose the problem. He had the replacement part to repair the unit out in his van. 15 minutes later he was done, and I was able to pay with my credit card. Convenient! I felt that their prices were very fair. The site visit was $89 and my total bill for the capacitor part, site visit, and labor was $228. I felt that was very reasonable. I will definitely call these guys again for any HVAC problems.

The young man quickly found out it was leaking and told me he could not repair it. He called into his office about what to do. He did not know I was near by. I heard him tell whomever he was talking to that he couldn't do that because I already knew it couldn't be repaired. Sounds as though the person he was speaking to wanted him to just fill it back up to collect on the warranty repair. Which, in doing so, would have screwed me on my replacement under warranty. Obviously, I will never use a company I feel I cannot trust. Air Master seems very untrustworthy to me!
